Beauty, Love and Character

Which attracts us more, personality or appearance? Analysis of the romantic attraction interviews reveals that over 90 percent of all the men and women interviewed mentioned some aspect of a partner's character when they tried to explain why they fell in love.

Women mentioned personality traits more often than men, but the gender difference was small and insignificant. A smaller portion of the interviewees, about two-thirds, mentioned the beloved's appearance. But here the gender difference was very large...

What attracts you at a person and makes you fall in love?

Do you think that Obstacles Enhance Love

or

are you rather of the opinion that Proximity is The Hidden Matchmaker?

kindly yours,
Anna Emilie =)

It's impossible to fall in love with a person's appearance. What's attractive is mostly their personality, character, and all that other stuff.

I'll tell you a lot more if you want. Love at first site happens because of a person's external expression of who they are internally. For one reason or another people click immediately because they understand each other simply by looking into each other's eyes. Have you seen the movie Wicker Park? It's about a guy who falls in love with a woman by seeing a video of her.

About "love at first sight", do you think that people whose body and soul is really in accordance with each other presents his inner true self in his body through body language.

And another person, who simply "talks" in the same "language" (maybe the language of the aura and the language of the body) are then automatically "clicking" because it is just the receiving and sending of signals, which are definitely on the same wavelength?

Love is a state of mind and emotions

That's why controlling your state of mind and emotions is important

Understanding and knowing yourself can help with this

Beauty is usually what gets noticed first, but it's the personality and character that usually makes them stay, of leave for that matter. As for me I'll take character over beauty any day, you know that cliched "beauty is skin deep" saying, as cliched as it may be, I was able to prove it first hand. But it certainly doesn't hurt to have both..
