I need a bit of advice about disclaimers
Howdy warriors - Ive posted this query in the main forum cos I get the feeling I'm not meant to ask this sort of question here - love this part though and threads are very interesting 
Im in the last throws of product creation which includes all my talents; coaching, nlp, hypnosis, eft etc
My neice is a law student and mentioned what kind of disclaimer I am using. It seems a bugger to use one at all but I am now not sure how best to approach this.
The whole disclaimer thing is as negative suggestion and bullcrap but any kind of self help attracts people who could be more difficult to deal with
I have also been looking at wording eg 'self hypnosis' is apparently ok and considered safe, therefore a number of hypnotherapists use this term for download products. Meditation and Guided Visualisation are also safe and terms that can be used but again, its all bullcrap cos we know its the same thing!
And I started adding this disclaimer to the beginning of the workbook that accompanies the audio tools but am a bit stuck
Dont know whether to opt for a terms and conditions tick box that says, 'by ticking this box you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of use including reading our disclaimer'
Anyway - this is my first launch and Im not even sure of the best way to do that yet or how to set up techy support
if I use the check box option, where do I put that and is there a wp plugin (if it aint wp I get stuck)
I have a wp blog that is growing with info for public use
I am adding a forum (probably open)
I will promote the tools on the main site and on landing pages with video promotion
I will have freebie coaching (all of the online style) to give away for the pre-launch plus will write some delicious stuff in a auto response newsletter style
I am building a profits theme membership to host the downloads which will be added to monthly if subscribed to
can you guys help
I need to know the following:

which auto responder is best (got aweber but heard they've had some hiccups)?
who do you use for support - download issues etc?
any thoughts on launch - come to warriors after initial mini launch then go for big one when I make some partnerships with you lovely people?
