I was going to post this in the review section, but I don't have the required 20 posts yet. But at the end, it tells you what you really need to do to make software and to stay away from the so called Push Button software as you will not learn anything about your craft that way.

As for the guarantee for a refund. Good you got refunds, because a lot of buyers do not bother. To lazy, worried what if it really dose work over time, etc. Whatever the reason a lot of them do not pursue the refund. A guarantee is a selling point and they know most will not pursue the refund. Of course clickbank has the 60 day mandatory refund policy.
I read some of the videos do not play all the way through. Here is a tip. If the videos do not work for you, it may be your codecs. What I have done is convert them to a different format and that works most often. Just search the net for a free video converter or update your codecs.

Do read as much as you can, as these are other peoples experiences and failures. Take the time to learn as this will save you time in the long run and give you more needed confidence.
