Do you have time for yourself?

Hi Warriors,

Lots of people are so very focused on trying to make money online,
so they completely forget about themselves.

It's important to keep your mind and body in shape to be able
to stay concentrated on your business' focus.

Many people think they can't get the time to give their body
and mind the simple exercise it need to not fall apart.

However, there are ways to be able to get a little time here
and there to fit a little exercise even into a very busy schedule.

Have a wonderful day,
Jorma

That's a good question... and no, I don't have a lot of time for myself.

I try to stay organized though, eat when I should and take my vitamins. I have a family and I guess I have to do it for me and for them.

Yes. I make a little time for myself to recharge every day. Usually 40-60 minutes of meditation works fantastic for me.

I am much more productive and focused when I return to my desk in the afternoon. I seem to be able to get so much more done in the hours i have.

I do need to make more time for physcial stuff though. Hopefully santa may bring me a new bike this christmas . haha

MY self-time is when I play video games or when I make my tabletop miniature warriors. Which comes at random intervals when I'm done working that day and I say I need a break.

    Good point jorma.
We have to find the time for ourselves if we strive to provide our maximum to the others.
And if we don`t take care of our body and mind, very soon we`ll be in deep trouble.
Like in many things, key is to find the balance and harmony.

I make it a point to go to yoga class at least once or twice a week, no matter how busy I am. This has increased time for myself and has helped maintain a work-life balance for me. Other "me-time" activities include going to coffee shops with a book and just spending time with myself. It keeps me sane.

I have three jobs including IM. I try to find time three days a week to do some cardio/weight lifting. On my free weekends (twice a month) I might sleep late or hang out with the boys, but I usually end up working.

I'm whittling away at my debt...there is nothing to do in this town anyway..so why not just work and work some more? I relax when my I have my kid. Although tonight I took her home to her mothers and had a few drinks with the boys...now I'm home and doing some more work. I think I'm addicted to working. I can't say if that's a bad thing or not.

    Interesting question,
I have time for me but I am not getting it to spend on me.
I just work Before system or eat or sleep,
this has become my daily routine...

I have 3 young kids, and I'm trying to provide for them all, so at the moment, I don't have a lot of time to myself. I try to take time to exercise every day, but for now I've decided to sacrifice my own time until I can make enough money for either my wife or I to quite our job.

I definitely don't have time for my self. It's all IM all day and I can honestly say its pretty exhausting. But there is a price to pay to achieve your goals. I'd rather be doing this than working 9 to 5 so it's worth the exhaustion.

Balance priorities and clarifying what one really wants in their life. Time is like money we have a finite amount of it. We tend to clutter our time indiscriminately. Choose to clear your time of clutter.

  • I find myself totally consumed with work quite often, but sometimes go for a nice hike or small vacation. It always cleanses the mind and body.
