Napoleon Hill interviewed 500 of the "richest" people in the world when he wrote, "Think and Grow Rich". All 500 had ONE thing in common: Every one of them worked with a "Mastermind" group.

I just started one with the company I work for. I truly believe in the concept. But on a serious note, when he says to get people who aren't negative, jealous or possess cynicism he meant it. One rotten apple can ruin the bunch if the apple is not caught immediately. Im glad we expelled ours because we all knew inside this person was "rotten" and we saw their true colors a mile away.

The people I am associated with are so connected to each other that we all may be thinking the same thing but one of us will verbalize it and we will all say "I was thinking the same thing".

When you have found people that are the same "vibration/wave length" what can be done with a mastermind group can be phenomenal and mind blowing.

There is no doubt that these kind of groups are powerful when used correctly. However, my biggest problem has always been finding like minded people.

I even tried to organise a group over the internet once but most people dropped out after a few weeks. There was also the concern that some people were in it for less than honourable reasons.

So, a great and very powerful idea, but really difficult to organise correctly.

        Hi Scott

It's great you understand the power of mastermind groups.

I will definitely encourage you to remove the word difficult from your vocabulary. Difficult will render you defeated and powerless to pursue. Whereas, Challenging will render you motivated to persevere until you accomplish your purpose.

In this instance you may say, it is challenging to organize a mastermind group of like minded people, but it is highly possible.

Keep on going. You will come out with something good.

        Good luck......

        Taz
