PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

No matter what faults you may have most people have strengths, although we may not be exploiting them to the max. If you looked deep what would you say your top 3 strengths are?

Mine always come down to my persistence, focus and positive stubborness.

I would say that my three strengths are: persistence which I could say that if I want to attain something I would do anything to attain it; second is having this positive mental attitude which guides me to everything I do to have a positive outlook in life, regardless of might be the result, I still have that positive viewpoint and lastly, I could say that I am hardworking, in which I put my plan into action.

This is actually a very important question. These three "strengths" constitute your edge (strategic advantage) in running your business.

It's critical because, if you don't know what your edge is, you don't have one!
