Interesting video - and very true. So many people don't get started because of fear, laziness, lack of confidence, or whatever. But just take that first step! What you think you can't do for whatever length of time, you can probably do for one minute. Just getting started leads to continuation of whatever you are desiring to accomplish. Just need to get started in the first place!

Many years ago, I believe 7 years about, one of my mentors at school gave a powerful speech that stayed with me.

He is not the greatest speaker and quite sadly, many don't even attend his lectures. And admittedly, I have not paid attention to many of his lectures but I attended most of them out of respect to the man.

He said, and it is outline in the video, just a tad differently.

Right now at this moment, at this very minute, you can BE that person you want to be.

Right now at this very moment, you can be drug free. You can be a good man.

Right now at this very moment, you can be a person dedicated to G-d.

At this very minute, you can be and do what it is you want to do.

It is when we look at it as a whole year, a whole month, a day, that is when it gets hard.

But when you look at it one minute at a time, one moment, right now I can do this, and OK, let me add one more minute and so on.

And before you know it, you are "there" already.

Interesting in theory but some people have a daily schedule and some activities have to be postponed because the daily schedule which is a must sometimes can't spare that minute.

Ok, it all boils down to repeat things everyday
each time getting better at it.
One day you run 1 km, next week you run 1,5km
or do the same in a shorter time.
It makes sense and that's the best way for
increasing your business (outsourcing, too...)
It motivates a lot!

Could this just be another excuse to not do what you want?

Whether it is or not, what would it take to make time for that minute?
