    That is a great list you got there! Getting enough sleep is a Big one! Reason being that the immune system craves for those sleeping episodes. Body heals up, and wakes up fresh another beautiful day!

    Did you mention Hobbies, I don't recall. Anyway... Doing something you love that isn't related to work is crucial for hapiness!

    best way to be happy ... well for me is to hang out with my great friends. And the biggest thing i have found to being happy is not let guides, books and ebooks control how and what you think/do.

      31) Eat foods high in Omega-3 fatty acids. Certain kinds of fish like salmon or sardines have Omega-3, which is known to elevate mood levels--high doses are even used to treat depression.

      I guess this is why we've heard for years that fish is "brain food".

      Great list of possibilities to explore. One thing I would add is to always remember and appreciate the little things in life, these are the things that cost very little, yet are priceless in value. Such as sitting outside on a beautiful day, and watching the sun come up while sipping on your coffee or tea, and experience how the dark is transformed by the emerging daylight.

    I stay happy by reminding myself that happiness is a choice. Your mind can only entertain one emotion at a time. So if you are sad you can only be sad. if you are happy you can only be happy.

    The good thing about that is you have the choice to change your emotional state in an instant. The next time you are sad, Smile Big... how do you feel after you smile? there is extensive research that shows we can use are physical body to influence are emotional state. Certain postures, certain facial expressions.. etc can all instantly change our emotional state.


    Remember, the next time you are in a negative emotional state... that how you feel is your choice. it is your choice of attitude and you have the ability to change your attitude and your emotions in an instant. try it.

    I am not sure where I read it. It says there that HAPPINESS is only a temporary state of mind that we experience after the pain ceases. In my view, CONTENTMENT is a very important state to attain in life. Only the happiness felt in presence of contentment is perfect happiness.
