Okay, I don't know if there has been a similar post here, but this a personal experience. I love working on my websites and new business opportunities, however, I have found when I exercise I am in a better state of mind to pursue my goals and reach targets.

It's not absolutely necessary but for sure it does help when you are work out, it help relieve a lot of energy and get you energized to reach your target

    You have a good point.

Exercising really helps to clear the mind and help you think very clearly. The blood circulation to the brain explains it all plus the increase supply of oxygen to the body.
It works for me all the time.

Totally agree with you Aneel and emasaa. Exercise not only helps with circulation and keeps our physical body in tip top shape. Our minds are stimulated and filled with vibrant energy with all those endorphins being activated. Enjoy exercising in the early morning about 15 to 30 minutes and I am fully energized and off to a great start everyday.

I've been regularly exercising most of my life, and cannot imagine my life without it. I know, for a fact, it has kept my blood pressure down and I almost never get colds. I attribute that plus other positive health benefits to exercise.

It really is true exercise is great for the body and the mind.

    Remember the age old saying:

    Healthy body healthy mind!

when i train i am definately in a better mindset and more focused. sitting at a computer all day is a pretty negative way of feeling tired. I love to feel my body physically tired!

There have been researches in neuroscience that prove that exercise provides huge benefits to your work. It clears up the clogs in your veins, and pumps more oxygen in your brain. In effect, you are able to feel better and think much much clearer. As a bonus, you also sleep better

I always feel SO much better and energized after a good workout.

My thing is trying to get it in the morning before the rest of the day starts. It's tough because I've gotten in the habit of going to bed late.

I don't know about everyone else but I like to workout in the morning. Usually between 1-2 hrs with lifting and cardio.

I work so much better throughout the day, I can use the time to focus on the things that I want to accomplish that day. Working out is pivotal to my success.

I completely agree . I think Eben Pagan mentioned this as well In his wake up productive program . Brilliant stuff

There is nothing like having a good work out when you wake up early in the morning . It sounds strange but it clears your mind . You feel fresh and alive and start the day with confidence knowing that you have keept your promise

There is nothing like a good workout . Except for sunday ,i exercise 30 minutes first thing in the morning . It worked out well

    Love it

Your real success will come when you're able find a balance between your health, wealth and happiness. Any time any on of those is given too much or too little emphasis it will directly throw the other two off. I've developed a program that you listen to while you exercise to build this balance. Hi Aneel,

I find that stretching in between tasks, and walking in the afternoon after a computer session helps relax the mind, nerves and muscles.

Often, because we spend so much time sitting and typing, we develop back and neck problems, and that is not good in the long term specially if we want to be enjoying life.

Having a threadmill at home and some lift weights also helps remind (and pressure) you to work out.
