How you handle the competition and everyday changes

Hi there It's interesting for me and for the majority I think, what is the philosophy to handle da everyday changes in IM.

What I mean. Six months ago, I bought an expencive piece of desing software. I needed 3 months to develop my product. When I was ready I found that internet was flooded with concurention that use this software. And for me it was a stressful situation, because six months before this, the niche was not developed and .. I lost big money. I felt like I found the goldmine but someone else took the gold.

It's normal from economical point of view - the fastest always win, but for me it was almost disaster.

So what is your method or philosophy to deal with that every day stress from unstoppable changes, competition and new products.

What is your "spark" that keeps you above all this stuff..

Excuse my english

Most often i finish developing my products while they are already in the market, because the market determines what improvements i will need to make .

Just remember, your product is never "finished." Find out what your competitors don't have. Build it. Market it. Promote your product based on that unique selling proposition. How do you think all these travel sites like Expedia etc: all get a piece of the pie? You can too. Just stay positive. Find a way to compete. You'll be a winner.

Here are 3 major but very simple tips.

    1. When it comes to a product, give a little during the building process. Especially if the niche is a new market.

Example: If a new diet comes out and you are creating a product that will take you 3 months to build around the diet, during that process, create a website with tips and helpful information on the diet itself. Then when you release the product you may already have a backing. And if not, you should have a lot of information ready for the public when they find you

    2. Don't focus on competition. One thing I see way too many people do on Warrior Forum is focus primarily on their competition versus making their own project even better. Instead people tend to create products that are very similar or just try to beat the competition, which isn't the right way to go in my eyes. Build a product/course or whatever it is you have interest in building and build it for your audience, not for the competition

    3. NEVER get stressed. I know it's hard. And I'll be honest, I stress all the time just like most people. Heck even when I make good money I stress because I want to provide a good service. But at the same time, keep focused. If something goes wrong, fix it. If you don't know how to fix it, learn. Continue to progress no matter what.

I hope these little tips help you out They have seriously helped me.

When approaching the topic of competition, it makes you think of what your own unique selling proposition is. If you can develop customer appeal and loyalty based on something unique then it is far easier to deal with competition. However, you are in a fast changing area so you have to be ready for such changes. But still for long term success, you still have to figure out what makes you different from the others.
