1. I exercise almost daily, even if it's only running for 20 minutes.
2. I read self-help books and information that helps me move towards my goals.
3. I never watch/read the news and don't watch TV.
4. I have a zero tolerance policy for negative and cynical people. If they are negative or cynical, they are OUT.
5. I avoid gossips and rumors. Its always better to focus on your own stuff than tearing other people down.
6. I regularly go out and enjoy myself.
7. I'm highly organized. Chaos and disorder equals stress to me.
