The super affiliate mindset how do you get it and still get there

I have just been rummaging about the web and came across this fantastic post and i truly sparked something within me and couldn't resist sharing it with all of my fellow warriors. Hope it will spark something inside you too.
Here goes like this.

I repeatedly tell affiliates, there is no shortcut to success, you can't buy your way in and all the ebooks in the world won't give you that one precious secret key or magic answer.

So what does it take?Hard work! Trial and error! And most important of all, the right MINDSET!
