Visualising Wealth in a non-sales role

Hi All

Ive read that with the power of the subconsious mind you can have anything you want.

Now many have used this route to create wealth, however im assuming most of these routes have been through the sales route with commission and bonuses etc

What do the rest of us do that are working in a job that pays a set salary every single year, can we still make it?

Thank you

Good question. I've looked into this myself.

In a non sales role, you would need to find as many ways of providing more value to your employer, line manager so at the next salary review you could show how much extra value you added to the company. This according to a recruitment consultant called Bryan Dilts is an effective way of getting a performance related pay increase. You can still use visualisation to help you achieve this kind of growth.

I guess its also about thinking about how much we need to live a good quality of life as opposed to how much we want to have the dream life that people portray.

If we fall into the latter group then we would need to look into creating other sources of income besides our main job which would require some time and investment.

We can use subconscious mind in many ways. It can be used to increase creativity so that you can be appreciated with increased salary or bonuses.

But in my opinion, it's better not to limit yourself in non sales role. Who knows you can live a wealthy life by being a businessman or something, after find some answers by digging your subconscious mind

I like this too thank you how can we dig our subconscious for answers? I in the answer to the previous person above also mentioned that perhaps by envisaging the wealth we want i assume the subconscious mind will do what it will to make us more creative or somehow become more efficient at the role to create that wealth make sense?

A quick sub-question for you too (one that i have asked in another post but would like to see what you think) :

what if we have many images to the end result for 1 goal, then what is the image we visualise? for example:

          if it was weightloss

          image 1) standing on scales

Image 2) being told i look great

Image 3) going shopping for my clothes and choosing the smaller sizes

          Image 4) wearing sexy clothes

          and so on

So as you can see there are many end results there for the same goal so what do i do then?

          thank you

One of the method is repeatedly asking question, preferably in relax condition. For example ask yourself "what can I do to make more money?"

Please note this. "Ask in no detachment manner". In other words, you ask but have no attachment for the answer. That's because the answer is not always come quickly, it could be an hour or days later. It's just like when you forget where you put your wallet, you try hard to remember it but you just can't remember. Then when you let go or focus on another thing, all of sudden you remember where you put your wallet.

But there are two points that determine the answer you'll get.

          1. You can get the answer almost immediately if you have experienced same thing before, or you have heard or saw it before. In other words, you have the database in your subconscious mind, so that you only dig out what is hidden inside.

          2. If you don't have the database because you've never been taught or heard it before, than you will be guided to find the information. Maybe you'll meet someone who will tell you the information that you need, or you find it somewhere. e.g. on the books, magazine, TV news, or hear somebody talk about it.

thank you so much that really sounded amazing. So is it okay to ask this for anything such as what job to do or career im best suited for, after i have done my visualising for a goal im working on which could be totally different anyway?

What i mean is, my goal at the moment is to wake up at 6am, sounds easy but hasnt been for me, so i aim to start visualising and saying an affirmation 10 times then to wake up from the relaxed state, so before i wake up is the best time to ask a question? and i ask this daily in every session until the answer comes?

            thank you

For this I recommend you to command your subconscious mind before sleep. For example, "I sleep easily and wake up at 6am every morning with fresh feeling" while visualizing yourself see clock pointing at 6am and you wake up with happy and fresh feeling.

              Good luck

Thank you thats a great way of looking at it and makes alot of sense. I hadnt thought of that at all and ive no idea who bryan dilts is but thank you for mentioning his name, ill look him up too

From my understanding, we create the end result and so in the above scenario, i guess even just creating the image of the end of year employee apraisal/review or the pay check coming in through the post etc will perhaps encourage the subconscious to make this a reality by somehow making me/us work better to automatically get that added value, does that seem valid?

You're welcome. Visualisation is an aid to helping you achieve your goal but taking action towards achieving your goals is just as important. You can make as many goals you want or visualise as much as you want but if someone doesn't take action it's not going to happen.

If your non sales role gives you alot of job satisfaction then stick with it. However if you're looking for somethiing more challenging and satisfying then you might have to look to other sources of income.

Money or Wealth comes as a result of doing something that earns money or wealth. It is earned after someone provides another person with a product or service that fulfils their needs.

Do some research into the different ways people earn money. What niches/areas of speciality could you get involved with where you could provide solutions to people's needs and be compensated for it?
