(funny story) Wrong way to persuade someone.
It is a true story and I laughed a lot when I read it.
It was from Answers.Yahoo.com

Do you believe that people will believe in anything with enough persuasion.
My mother-in-law is one of those people. Here's an example of a recent conversation with her (she lives with us):
Her: Would you like me to fold some of that laundry for you?
Me: No thanks, I'm saving it to do while watching Dr. Phil or Oprah today. But thanks anyway! (I actually don't like her doing it, she ruins my clothers)
Her: Are you sure? I'd be glad to.
Me: No, thanks, I'm good. Nice offer though, thanks.
Her: Really, it's no problem I've got nothing else to do.
Me: No, thanks.
Her: It's not a big deal, I'd be glad to.
Me: (not saying anything, but thinking of all the things I'd be glad to do to her if she asks me one more time)
Ten minutes later, she's doing my laundry. Seriously, doing my laundry. When I ask her why she's doing it, she says "you never said no that last time so I thought I'd go ahead".

Sometimes we have to stop working and start laughing a little.
You can see it in this link.
