Affirmations - How many?

Hi All

I know the best way to use affirmations is saying them aloud with emotion whilst in a relaxed stated

However how many should you have?

I ask this as for my first goal, which im going to visualize also in a relaxed state before saying affirmations, i came up with 20 and thats just loads to say let alone to repeat each 10-20 times, so is it okay to have just 1 that is the goal in an affirmation?

    I would focus on one at a time. The results will come faster and you will be able to prove to yourself that affirmations really can make a difference. Try using one and say it throughout the entire day!

      What I've found to work really well is to focus on one particular area of my life for a full 30 days.

      I only focus on the most important issue, problem, or thing I want to manifest during that time.

      Thank you Janicelou. I will start with one affirmation then but you said say it through out the entire day, and i have tried that with 5 affirmations, thinking them rather than saying aloud as always around people, however i was told to say them 1000times each so was thinking them repetitively in my mind for 60days and nothing happened, so when i went back to researching i found that theyre FAR more effective when said during or after a visualization of the mental movie of the end result goal, in a relaxed state would you agree?

      also could you kindly get back to me regarding my bob proctor goal card post, as your reply im waiting for and that ties in with this, as its the 1 affirmation that im thinking of writing on a card but utilising it where im confused

    I would combine them into a paragraph and read them 3 times everyday...

      read them 1 through, or read them many times each?

      read or read with emotions and feelings?

      The above people have said i think 1 affirmation, so wouldnt all these even though theyre for the same 1 goal, dilute the process?
