For those Guys Struggling and not making much

Hi Everyone
Just Thought I would try and help some of those not making much or nothing at all.

The biggest problem I find with people is they don’t follow thru.
You need to get one method that you want to try, and Id suggest a week studying this.

Set aside time for the method away from anything… Don’t have Jerry Spring on with Some Daughter cheating with her Mothers Boyfriend etc.
Don’t have your friends over talking and bs’in in the backroom.
Just the method you’re studying. It doesn’t matter the method they all make money if done right and it doesn’t matter if its.

Are 100’s of other things you can try. Once you set out to actually start go full bore and finish it. Don’t get bored half way thru it are you will never make it. That’s where alot of the people I meet are having issues.
If you keep at it and make your first buck you will have a really good attitude.
And it will drive you todo more and more.

And when you make that first buck or 1000 bucks don’t go on a shopping spree.
Reinvest and stream line whatever it is that you’re doing.

Rem the way to make alot is finding something that works and build it up by 100.
If it makes 10 bucks it will make 1000 or 10.000 if you apply it in a bigger manner.

I will ad more to this in a bit hope it helps some of you that have problems making money online and if you need help and I have the time feel free to pm me with your questions .

I agree. My biggest problem for about a year, was jumping around and not doing anything. Not knowing what I wanted.

I've lasered in on what I want, and now all it's going to take time and work to get where I want.

I had the same problem when I started out. I was jumping around and buying all kinds of "STUFF" to help me become successful. I would buy it and download it to my hard drive and get so busy that I forgot to go read it and end up finding months later if I was lucky. I'm even guilty of buying the same thing twice. YIKES.

I fixed it by being focussed as well. I stopped jumping around and buying "STUFF". I knew what I had to do, but I never made time to do those things cause I was too busy doing non-income producing activities.

Thanks... this is a great thread!

I also agree. Two statements that resonated with me that a mentor said:

    1) Good enough IS good enough.
    2) You already know enough to achieve your goals. Act on what you know.

    Hi Steve,

    Sound advice.

In IM it is so easy to get distracted and chase the next big shiny object and not concentrate on one or perfect a strategy that is begining to get some results.

The other thing is it is so easy to spend several hours on the forum but actually get nothing productive done. I am sure all of us are guilty of this one from time to time.

The info overload in the IM sphere can also be a real distraction too. Besides not sticking with a method at first I also had to overcome fear - fear that I'd succeed. I've always been entrepreneurial-minded with a mix of success & failure. The failures can carry a lot of weight if you let them so I work hard to have a positive mindset & learn from my failures rather than give in to them and quit.

The thing is don't give up. You would rather regret on the things you could have done than the things you already done.

Focus is so important in IM. Focus on one thing and one thing only, do it until its done, and then allow yourself to move on.

Too many promises, Too little time. The problem is being gullible ,and being taken advantage of. Common sense tells you the deal looks to good to be true, trust tells you that your fellow Warriors wont take advantage of you. Reality shows you that you are just another fish that gets hooked. So work real hard and eventually you go broke,or succeed.

Good advice! As soon as you make money the best option is to reinvest your money. Also focus on improving your method and double your efforts.

Yes, this is related to focus.
Really important to know how to spend one's time the best way.

Also besides sticking to one thing it helps to focus on things that you are familiar with. It's like when you like one process better than another or are better at one thing you tend to want to do more and be better at that thing.

I must say, it's really effective advice yet hard nut to crack is to stay focused.

There are thousands of soft diversions come to your way which can keep you miles away from the target once you put your eye off your target.

Around here, where I live, it seems like when we see state workers or utility workers or city workers there are always some standing around and some working. Don't know why that is but figured it must be that some are watchers and some are workers.

The other day we were watching two guys working, one would dig a hole and a few minutes later the other guy would fill it up. Then they would move over, say twenty feet, and do the same thing all over again. Well, we were just too curious not to go ask them what they were doing. The first guy, the digger, says," We're building a fence. The guy who is supposed to put the post in the ground couldn't make and told us to go on without him, so that's what we're doing".

We walked away muttering to ourselves, "If you don't know why you are doing what you're doing it's probably better not to do it".

Sometimes we get into internet marketing because something about it excited us. But once we get into it we find that it's not a good fit. If we don't have a very good reason to be doing it the possibility of success is slim to none. I don't know of anyone who just lucked into success working online. I'm sure it may have happened but odds are certainly against it. Evidence mounts as more people share-it takes work and determination to eventually earn a sustained income in any business. IM is no different. If you are struggling and not making much maybe it's time to re-evaluate what you are doing. Have you been jumping around, like I did, looking for an easier way? Have you been changing from one company to another in search of the perfect business?

I'm finding forums to be a storehouse of knowledge and wisdom, suggestions and encouragement for any who are willing to be coached and taught. Warrior Forum is a great example and there are many others. So take advantage of what is available here and you will be rewarded and enriched by your experience.

Ha ha! What a great anecdote!

I do find that when I'm learning IM, it's much better if I know WHY I'm going through a process... Otherwise I'm just submitting my name and email, building sites, and writing articles for hours. It doesn't accomplish much if it doesn't ultimately serve a purpose, and worse, I don't learn much from it if I don't understand the 'why.'
