    Thanks for sharing, but I don't think that it will be really effortless. You'll have to make an effort to live according to this principles. Only Children of rich and successful people have really Effortless lifestyle.

      Effort is in the mind, it's you telling yourself that something is hard when you could be telling yourself something is fun, fulfilling and satisfying.

    Razorico - it seems you have a different definition for what effortless means, than I do.

    Effortless to me, doesn't mean 'no activity' or 'no initiative'. If you asked Michael Jordan if it takes activity or initiative he'd look at you funny. But if you asked whether it's effortless... he'd launch into a description of the zone state he performs in.

    Different beasts depending on where you look at it.
