Big thinkers learn from their defeats

Just want to share some thought from studying big thinkers achievers, they all have a pattern that can be traced like:
  1. Study every setup and learn.
  2. Seek out weakness, study it.
  3. Stop blaming luck.
  4. Stay with your goal, try new approach.
  5. There is always a good side in every occasion.

    I don't agree so much.

Study every setup ? who has time for that.

    To succeed you need to:
    1. See what other successful do
    2. Copy them
    3. Repeat until you succeed

Then you can develop your own techniques ..

Hi Kenny I like ur number 3. Because as I see it we must each take responsibility for our own plights in life and the sooner we remove the barrier of blaming stuff outside our selves the sooner we open the path to success...

you're right. it's how long it takes you to get over those defeats and find another path that determines success from failure.

    I didn't like

    3. Repeat until succeed.

If repeating the same way over and over again, we'll get the same results.

    I prefer Correction until succeed.

Og Mandino said, "Every defeat, every heartbreak, every loss, contains its own seed, its own lesson on how to improve your performance the next time". I think that's probably how a great thinker might say it.

Exactly! We just need to be very sensitive of what it is... The fearful thing is when are failing, we usually see the bad side of the story.
