Whats The Best Way to Remove Resistance?

A huge problem for most people that holds them back from success is that as soon as they start to take off, they soon encounter resistance. Various fears doubts and limiting beliefs start to surface.

I am familiar with EFT tapping and the Sedona method. Have you tried either of these, or know someone who has? What has your/their experience been like?

What other ways have you found to "release the breaks" so to speak, and overcome or eliminate resistance?

    Pray to Ganesha? :p

Honestly the only things I've tried to overcome internal obstacles involve "talking it out" with someone or myself. I've been interested in learning methods to deal with limiting beliefs and doubts. I struggle with these time to time. Hopefully someone with experience of removing resistance will have something to contribute here.

You cannot remove the resistance for people, it has to come from within.

It's like losing weight. At some point in your life, you're going to turn a key within your mind that says, enough is enough! and start to *do* what you *must* to achieve your goals.

I always liken it to giving yourself permission to take risks, go out past your comfort boundaries, try "what ifs?". But make no mistake about it - it's very scary to do.

Such courage has to develop from within; I really don't think someone can just infuse it within you. Sure, you can become inspired, mind you....but ultimately, you own that action as well.

'course, failing that, you can always try....what is done at 4:21.

Find ways to avoid it completely or wait till enough tension builds up and you snap and break down the wall.

I do a bit of zazen (zen meditation), it's the ONLY way I have found for myself, though I need no more, it's really 'simple'.

It's 'just' living the moment, works for countless things and issues you might have in your life.

I recommend 'Complete idiot's guide to Zen living'.

    Godspeed.
