That is very sound advise, I think working online can take a lot of time out of day, so making sure setting priorities is very important so one don't regret later in life....

I totally agree. So many of us chose IM because we want to have more freedom, but then quickly become slaves to working all day. I did this for a while and realised that I just wasn't happy.

Thankfully I've greatly reduced my working hours now and am actually still doing very well. There is a belief that you need to work constantly to build a successful business, but that isn't true for me. You need to balance your work with things that enrich your life.

For me that means travelling, which I am about to set out on and feel so lucky that I have a career that lets me work from anywhere!

I'm beginning to realise this as well (I'm not British, I just write that way). Between a full-time job, recently getting married, and IM, it's a tough balancing act to say the least. I find that concentrating on the one thing that I love to do the most (writing), and not dedicating the majority of my "free" time to just one thing, has reduced my stress level tremendously1

I agree 100% with you man. Living a better life and enjoy it is the reason why I came to the online world and tried to make it. But to live the current life is important as well. Because that's what we really have at the moment.
