I've found from coaching thousands of people personally that there are usually about 5 key things that are holding anybody back.
I've also posted a video to go along with this list. It's only 3 minutes, and no opt-in or anything like that. I just felt like making a video to help emphasize some of these key points.

"5 Specific Reasons Why You’re Not Getting What You Want"
#1 Thing Holding You Back: Yourself
Problem: Most people are standing in the way of their own success. “I was going to get started with this but…”
Solution: You have to get yourself out of the way. Get your ‘but’ out of the way.
#2 Thing Holding You Back: Excusitis
Problem: There’s always a reason why they can’t do something. There’s always a reason why they’re not where they think they should be.
Solution: Excusitis is a disease you need to get rid of. Start doing instead of giving excuses for not doing
#3 Thing Holding You Back: Perfectionism
Problem: People spend hours, days, weeks, months on something trying to make it perfect, to the point of not getting it out there and marketing it.
Solution: When you’re just getting started, you don’t have to get it right, just get it going. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just take action.
#4 Thing Holding You Back: Analysis Paralysis
Problem: People over-analyze to the point of not taking action
Solution: Don’t be afraid of mistakes. Do something and watch what happens
#5 Thing Holding You Back: Procrastination
Problem: People don’t do anything until it becomes a crisis. “Why do today what we can put off til tomorrow?”
Solution: Prioritize the things that you're doing. Analyze what it is you're doing everyday, and ask yourself, "Why am I doing this?" Don't just do what you're comfortable doing. Do what will have the greatest impact on the growth of your business.
