How would your dream life look like?

If you had all the freedom and money you could dream of, how would your lifestyle be like? What would you spend your time on? What would you enjoy doing every day? Travel, meet new people or maybe find a part-time job?

From my experience it is nice to have the freedom to do what you want each and every day. Freedom to do what you want is one of the most important things to me. However, I also think that it can be a little too boring if you dont have anything to wake up to in the morning

So again: What would your lifestyle be like if you had complete freedom
every day? Or how is it if you already have the freedom and money to do what you love the most?

Freedom would mean I'd have lots of money. If I had lots of money I'd focus on the simple experiences of life like take a walk down the street with a close friend and having conversation (with out the constant thought of "How am I going to pay my next bill")

Honestly, I'd live humble and help other people out. =)

I'd have a nice car, but it probably wouldn't even be worth more than twenty or thirty grand. A nice spanish-style home with an open floor plan, fully furnished, ambient lighting and a good entertainment system. My back yard would be an acre or two and have green grass. Lots of trees because I love shade. An outdoor kitchen in the back yard. A motorcycle.

I'd go out and meet people, because they are my true fascination. I'd help people in need. Maybe go out once a week and find a family that is struggling and get them on their feet, buy a homeless man some new clothes and get him in an apartment; take him to find a job, maybe pay for him to get trained in something that would allow him to obtain a job.

I'd get my mum out of her rut. She's 42 and living just like she did at 17. Paycheck to paycheck, 2 packs a day, always behind on bills. Her lifestyle consists of waking up, smoking cigarettes and texting on her phone until she has to go to work for 12 hours, going home only to go back to sleep. Fast food all the time, no hobby, no interests because all she can do is work to survive. I'd get her the small log cabin she has always dreamed of. She would be my main priority in this scenario.

I'd be able to dress nice and go out. Meet a nice and genuine woman that had a little bit of class and was adventurous. We would travel frequently.

I'd get my teeth fixed. (As well as my mother's and brothers.)

I'd buy nice Christmas gifts for children in povertized homes.

But for now I'll just dream.

I just want a happy life. I don't care so long as I am following my beliefs and happy.

Agree! Freedom to do whatever you want with your life. Freedom to express your thoughts, beliefs and feelings.

I love this thread. I think that expressing such topics really helps materialize them.

Personal energy has a lot to do on how you live out your ideal life. We have that energy within us and it's there to be utilize to it's highest potential.

Don't ever let this energy go adrift - channel it, use it and make things happen. Once you get the ball rolling and cross certain thresholds you will only multiply on your success and your overall dream life.

    Best wishes.

My dream life would be something like this (I broke it up into sections because I am a multifaceted person):

Money: I want $20,000 in the bank ear-marked to go no where.

Relationships: I want to be able to give my wife the smallest pleasures without worrying about where the money is going to come from. An annual couple vacation (no kids allowed).

My kids will have a father that stays at home and helps them through their trials instead of worrying about my own trials and then telling them to get lost because I am tired.

Physical: I am at the perfect weight form my body type but most of it is in the midsection. I want to be able to go down to the gym 3-5 times a week to work out and but muscle on my body instead of fat.

Mental: When you take the worry of money out of life, you can focus on what really matters.

Spiritual: I want to be able to serve more people. In my current position, I can only serve a few people.

These are just a few things that I can pull off the top of my head. I need to get this written out fully and look at it on a daily basis.

    Thanks for the thread.

    John

I can't say that I have never imagined myself having unlimited credit card and many houses/cars/lands, but all I can say is that I live in my dream life. I have a loving fiance and a beautiful family, I am healthy and I hope that I will never have major health problems and I have a job that I love. I think that if I had all the money and riches in the world I wouldn't have been the person that I am today. I wouldn't have learned how to face a problem when the life gave me one, I wouldn't have known how it is to grow as a persona and definitely I wouldn't have known how it is to have such great friends that are next to me no matter what.

    my dream life ?

or you mean the life i will have in a few months ?

lets rephrase the question.. to what kind of life would you have if the money you made was the result of living the way you wanted to live..and you didn't have to make money to live how you wanted ..

how about a life where you never feel like you gave to give back because your able to give as you go ..

it is hard to describe what i want to do .. but i have this answer and will be working to get to it

  • Call me crazy but I would really like to create some positive change in the world. Get off of our addiction to oil and switch to affordable, clean, renewable energy. Have an organic farm which a bunch of hippies on it growing yummy veggies. Partner up with some serious players. REAL business owners who have worked in tech.

It's hard to say really, cause I believe there's a never ending desire for materialistic things. One should always learn to stay content and try to live the moment.

If I had all the money that I can dream on, for now I would travel and visit all the great places on this planet and party hard!
Next step would be to settle down, have a nice family and plenty of kids.
My job would be to make the world a better place.
