Need some help getting started..

Hello Everyone,

I'm brand new to the whole Internet Marketing scene since I recently lost my job and on the verge of losing my apartment and moving in with a family member. I'm in a bad position right now and really want to get into Internet Marketing. A friend of mine recommended me to this website a few months ago where I read a couple of free e-books, but nothing really helped. I'm very motivated to do whatever is suggestion since I have a lot of time on my hands.

Is it possible for anyone to recommend me a couple of e-books that have worked for them or become my mentor and teach me the ways of IM.

    I am willing to work with you, but are you going to take action and follow through?
    Internet marketing is not so easy anymore and reading an ebook will not do the trick.

    The best thing you need to do right now is explore a little bit here on the forums on what these Warriors did to make them successful. Ask them questions, because they are willing to help you. After that, don't just read, take ACTION!

      While I am still very new here, one thing that I noticed is that a lot of marketers are geared around marketing web based products (web design, adsense sites, building dynamic flash pages) I think the majority do that because that is their personal skill set, they know what they are talking about.

      So, I would say the first step is finding your target niche. I am sure if you let us know what you are most interested in there will be a warrior who is in that specific niche and that will be a great deal of help for you.
