How to relax

Thanks for sharing, we are all saying that WE NEED TO Relax but seems that no one is doing that, and it's lot easier to say than to do.

Another simple and oft-overlooked method I use quite frequently in quest for relaxation and recharge,...... is Breathing!

Yeah,...I'm taking about the deep, with eyes closed (or not),...filling the belly and mentally visualizing the air full of just positive vibes (joy, bliss, gratitude, enlightenment, light, source energy, etc....), holding it in and feel it expanding on a cellular level,....then flowing back up, your spine and out your mouth,......

...picturing the exhaling out of all negative and non-serving energy and ill-vibes.

Oh,...one other method I picked up in a book by I think, John Haricharan,.....Breath-Walking, or something to that effect.

You incorporate this deep, simple, meditative-like, but natural breathing pattern, to your daily walks.

Subtle,....often-overlooked, but powerful as ever!

Oh yeah! These are nice bunch of videos that you're sharing here. It's really important that we should relax after work, because our energy's decreasing without doing it. Relaxation is one way that could charge up your body'e energy to keep it going while you're working with some stuff.

Thank you for sharing these two great videos. We all need to learn how to relax and nowadays we should spare some time for doing this more often even though we say that we have busy lves. It is sad that we must be told how, when and why we should relax, but as long as there are more and more people encouraged to do this this detail can be overlooked.

I want wanted to hit the fast forward button to learn quickly, talk about relaxation. Ha! Thanks for sharing.

Even though we are to hungry for success we also need to set a time for us to relax and be free for stress even just for a small period of time.

A year ago, I would have laugh at this thread, because I never find it hard before to relax. But after being an employee I learned that relaxing is sometimes a hard thing to do

Thank you for the video. I would surely watch it again if I feel that my nerves are all tight up again. relaxing is very essential in this type of career, being an IMer and a freelancer as your job mostly is about coming up with great ideas and plans. You need to relax your mind too

Relaxing is important. Not only physical, but also mental. Allow your mentality to get free and focus on your breathing... Good exercise.

Thanks for everything ,but if you love hard working then relax may be a pain for you,just like me.I treat relax as a pain.
I pass my relax time by loving my girl friend,I take it as job.
So I have no free time.
