While my first love story is too long to really go into on a forum, I do want to say that today is my husband's and my 5th anniversary! Woohooo! We made it over the hump lol

I mostly do not like the word "love", but I like the words, "kindness", "fondness" and "caring".

She is from Europe. I am here in the states. We spend some wonderful time together.

Many years ago, my wife-to-be and I both started working at the same place of business, but had never met before. She worked in the office. I worked in the warehouse.

The day she was hired, one of the warehouse workers noticed and we all gathered around the tiny little window in the door going into the office area to get a look at her! lol ... Right then and there, I said, "Someday, she will be mine." It was love at first sight.

To make a long story short, we were married three years later and today, more than 32 years later, we are still happily devoted to each other!

Good luck to you both!! I also met my husband at work and we fell in love at first sight. I was a waitress & I saw him walk in the restaurant. I threw myself against the wall & said to the other waitress, "Gail - I'm in love!!" She said, "He's too old for you." I said, "Shut up, I'm going to marry him."

We were married two years later. Lived sort of happily for 34 years. We have two very happy, healthy & successful children & three grandchildren together. We got divorced. After 34 YEARS. I lost my job - he said I could move back in to his place. And, so it goes. Couldn't make this stuff up if I tried.

Life is complicated -- love the one you're with.
