2 'P' That Will Help You To Achieve Anything !!! (seriously)
Started with morning walk, it began very well, especially with all encouragement from WF.
Now bit by bit, the motivation gone just like wind ~~~~
So, last night I grab a book by Anthony Robbins, Awaken The Giant, where I bought it last year but never read it except Foreward an the First Chapter
But last night I push myself to read 10 pages more (I'm blessed by doing that, I guess :rolleyes
So, there Tony said, with this 2 P, you won't need anything else to achieve your dream.
In my case, losing weight ...
What the 2 P are?
1. Pain
2. Pleasure
So after reading that part, I'm experimented it.
So I come to my wife, asked her, what does pain she see on me.
To cut short the story, I found the most pain that I want to hinder for facing it anymore.
And this morning, I woke up NOT HUNGRY anymore.
Well, actually I'm quite embarrassing to say this, every morning, I will woke up, and will find what in the fridge I can eat
Sometime, my stomach will shout alerting me to eat something
hehe.....
But this morning not at all !
I stop taking rice since 2 days ago (rice is my main food here).
So you can guess how hungry I am.
But I'm glad that, after I know what hurt me the most for be extra weight ,
I'm right now feel better and now putting more serious on my diet program.
I just want to say, this 2 P really work !
