How Do You View Pain?

Hey Warriors,

Keeping up with one of my New Years resolutions, I've just
recently started one of the most intense workout regimens in my
entire life.

I can't lie the first day of training almost KILLED me.

After the first 30 minutes I was ready to throw in the towel -
Literally.

I was out of breath, physically exhausted, and in sooooo much
pain. I thought to myself "this is impossible I can't do this".
And believe it or not, I was ready to leave and go home.

Just as I was about to hit the door, I thought to myself "If I
quit now I'll be a failure. Not just for today, but for the rest
of my life".

I immediately started thinking about my dreams of becoming a
successful internet marketer and had this defining moment.

Success Is HARD.

I don't care what anyone else says, there are no easy rides, no
magic pills that make you rich, and definitely NO FREEBIES.

You gotta put in the work.

You gotta fight for what you want with everything you've got in
order to make it.

Like working out, making it in business takes strength, will
power, and a NEVER give up attitude. There's gonna be times when
you're gonna feel like quitting and throwing in the towel but you
gotta keep pushing.

Pain is only an illusion - It's a temporary mental discomfort
that tests how bad you want it.

If your level of motivation out weighs the pain you have to face
to make your dreams come true there is no stopping you. You'll
be rewarded for your actions in every aspect of your life.

So I encourage all of you out there, anyone that feels like
giving up KEEP GOING.

No matter how hard things are, no matter how far you gotta go
NEVER QUIT.

Success will always come to those who are willing to fight for
it.

As the old saying goes "No Pain No Gain".

Keep fighting Warriors,

Josh

Pain is weakness leaving the body.

BTW, how is your workout routine going?

    Seen any results?

Pain is one of my favourite feelings. I don't consider pain to be when you jam your finger in the car door, that's hurt. Pain is physical or mental stress you choose to put yourself through in order to become a better, stronger, smarter, more successful person.

Exactly, I think if you understand what it's meant for and start to enjoy the process, things that have held you back in the past no longer exist.

Pain test your hunger, that's why it's there.

No one makes it without going through it one way or another.

I tend to look differently on different types of pain.

A pain in the leg or knee can be annoying, but it isn't enough to make me angry.

A pain in the ass, however....

"Success is hard" is a crappy belief to carry around.
Belief this and you will work hard and long for you success.

"You gotta put in the work" is another. You gotta put a small
amount of laser focused effort at certain points to succeed.
It even applies to the training in the gym.

Pain really hurts you feel discomfort, distress and perhaps agony, depending on the severity of it.
