What's on the Wall above your Desk?

I have always wondered that does it really help to paste some motivational messages on the Wall above the Desk, so I want to ask Warrior members about their experiences and suggestion on this matter. If you really agree, then do let me know some highly inspirational posts on your wall, which keeps you going towards attainment of your goal.

Here are some of suggestions from my end:

1) Do you really want success? Stop Procrastinating. Period.
2) You are the writer of your destiny, write a story, which inspires generations to come.

      That's cool stuff. This would mean that your goals would always be front of your eyes and you can visualize them. I have heard of many people who always make sure their goals are front of their eyes.

    The walls of my room are painted white. The only thing on them is a yearly planner (to my back when sitting at my desk).

    I strive for beauty in simplicity (try as much as I can to adopt the design philosophies of Steve Jobs and Apple).

    However I respect those with motivational posters (or whatever they want to put on their walls).
