In my experience, the power word would be more powerful if I said it in a humble and gratefulness manner. The fact is yes I am very grateful for my life. I also realize that I truly don't need much to live happily. It does not mean I don't want richness but it is not a "must" have ingredient to happiness for me. I leave that outcome to God but I do make sure He knows what I want.

Many great answers here! Great inspiration.

I would have to say that FOCUS is my power word, too.

When faced with challenges, distractions, confusion, whatever, if I stop and say, "FOCUS," my mind will usually go immediately to the thing that is the priority of the moment. I will then mentally tell myself to focus on that thing and get it taken care of.

For some reason, that helps me to brush aside the other lesser distractions and draw upon the energy necessary to get the job done.

I like to use two words actually and they are "I AM" because when I remind myself of those two words it helps me to remember that my life is my responsibility and that I have to hold account only to one person and that is myself. This really gets me focused in on my to do list for the day and I take massive action as well. Hope this helps. Great thoughts!

Never back down

I know it's not a single word, but I repeate this to yself whenever I doubt that I can do something. It motivates me and it makes me be better than I am and to work harder than I can in order to acheive all my goals and to proove to those who did not have faith in me that they are wrong.
