How to find life purpose and live life to the fullest!
John F. Kennedy
What do you want out of this life, what do you want out this world? Ask yourself that question and answer it. It's not enough just to make an extra effort to achieve something when you are not aware if you are going in the right direction.
What is the reason of your existence on this planet?
Is it to work from 9am to 5pm the job that you don't even like, or to live in the city or country that you don't even like, to live in your parents house? What is your purpose?
To continue this exercise you need to start by creating a simple list of things that you feel you need to achieve and to live by.
Don't be afraid of beginnings be afraid of being lost and not knowing where are you going. This always motivates me: Imagine yourself 50 years from now you are lying on your bed and dying, do you want to feel like you lived for no reason, that you wasted your whole life on the meaningless things that doesn't matter, or do you want to think how this life was a crazy ride and you lived your life to the fullest and you wouldn't change a thing?
You need to set your priorities straight. No more watching TV 4hrs a day, and procrastinating from actually starting to live. I was afraid and procrastinated for months, I was afraid of success. You can't make the same mistake. Read tips on How to avoid procrastination here.
When you are just starting out, it will be tough and no one will bother to help you out. You need to make a commitment to yourself that you are going to finish what you started no matter what. You have a goal – go get it.
Make a list - of the things that you like to do, but avoid putting on the list things like: sleeping, watching TV... Put the things like: Running, working out in the gym, writing – stuff that matters.
Now make a plan - and commit yourself to it. Let's just say you started working out in the gym and it's your first training and after 30 minutes you are feeling tired and in pain, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED NOT to give up and to plow trough it. Remember pain is weakness leaving your body. With every second you are becoming stronger.
Write down emotional things that drive you to achieve something more in this life - It's not enough only to write down your goals that you want to achieve you need to write next to that goal emotional reason. Why do you need to have that job, or to lose weight or live in that city? Avoid writing generic stuff like to earn more money or to be healthier. Go deeper and find the real reasons why. This is what is going to push you over the edge.
Stop Listening to other people - Stop listening people that are putting you in a bad mood telling you that you are not able to do this or that. Instead of that use their words for motivating yourself to achieve even greater things. On your journey there will be a lot of people who will be jealous of your commitment and success because they are not mentally strong enough to do that stuff they will try to put you down. Don't listen to them, in fact stop hanging out with them, they don't deserve to be around you. You are way better then them - show them that.
Motivate yourself constantly - By motivating yourself you are keeping the momentum alive, and the longer you do that the better result you will achieve. It's completely normal to lose motivation and feel depressed sometimes. Don't feel bad about that. This is the real test for you, the way you deal with those situations and decisions is what makes the difference between you and some poor chump who will never amount anything in his life. This is simply because he is to week to deal with tough moments and just gives up. Remember this.
Get the f*ck out of your comfort zone - This is the most important thing of all, when you learn to get out of your comfort zone you will achieve great things. No one ever accomplished anything meaningful by hiding in the comfort zone. When you feel that it's too easy, you are not doing it right. Of course eventually things will get easier, but in the beginning it needs to be tough and you will just have to deal with it.
Do you know the difference between you and some former US Presidents? There is only one, and it’s not the level of IQ, but the fact that they were out of their comfort zone all the time for example: Abraham Lincoln IQ was 128 which is average, Andrew Jackson also a former US president had 123 IQ level, Ulysses S. Grant had IQ of only 110, Thomas Jefferson was another US president with the IQ of 138. Those wore all former US presidents, no one had IQ above average so they are not smarter than you, they just worked harder to achieve great things in their lives. Now it's your turn.
So now when you have basic idea where to start, stop reading and start acting but this by the plan, if you work hard enough you will reap the prize, never doubt that.
