What is YOUR super power?

Audiences the world over were polled on this question....

And the number one answer was:

I'd like to wake up and not have it be Groundhog Day again.

My answer is not nearly as tongue in cheek as it may seem. I think most people, like Bill Murry in the movie, would like to change but either don't realize they need to or don't know what to do. The answer is simple. Be nice. Both to yourself and to others. Worked wonders for Phil Connors.

At first when I read the original post I was thinking to be able to travel through time. I would like to go back to the 80's and stay there. But when I read your quote I think I would definitely want the ability to use 100 percent of my brain. There are so many things I would be able to do. I could get so much done, in a lot less time.

I love almost everything about the 80's. I would have loved to be a teenager in that decade to remember more about it. What's so wrong with want to live in a different time? I don't think it's a "superpower" to live in the now. But that's just my opinion and I don't mind if what you said was criticism, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I was just kidding. It's when I was a teenager

Some of the music was great and some was yuk

No I guess living or being 'present' is not a superpower but I think it is a gift. Its often the most peaceful place to be. Many of my past clients were at last free of their pain when they found a space to be present and I also worked with a few people who actually practiced a sort of waking awareness of every moment to ensure they avoided the stress of their past and the ability to focus on their future more positively.

However, wanting to be in another time to experience that is also I think natural and fun

From memory that was the film where he took a drug and something happened to his brain??

It killed most people but he found a way to overcome it and keep doing it.

The theory of being able to multistream your thinking and multiply your capabilites is exactly my superpower too!

I would like to have a Magic Wish power. This power would give me 1 wish every day. Then I could make changes to my life and also to those around me. I could then stop wars, famine, natural disasters, global warming....and so the list goes on.
I would make my wishes conditional that I could only grant one for myself once a week and the other 6 days it had to be for other people/places, events, etc.

Then I know I could really make a difference.

I would also like the ability to make my wishes anonymous if I chose.

I don't need to be recognised for saving people from things I just want to do it.

Save / Load state (like in video games). I can make decisions, learn from them, then load back my previous state with new found knowledge (without aging).

It's not so much time travel since I can't go to any point in time, it's just in my timeline. Oddly enough, I don't think i would use it to win the lottery or anything, it seems boring. Am I crazy that I want to work for something in life?

If you're willing to split that time into separate naps, go with 2 hours instead of one, and deal with a kinda crappy transition for a week or two that is very possible.

my wished for superpower would be to be able to use the other 84%

I wonder where, if all is based on evolution and survival of the fittest,
the wonderings about such things could come from.
Could it be from deep memories of when the human race used more of the 75% than we let lie dormant nowadays.
Some things like telepathy have been shown to exist with animals, so why not us,
other than we get in our own way and get taught we can not do things by people who are fixed in those beliefs.
So many systems of thought ancient and new suggest there is a lot more we are capable of according to what we believe.
It's like the woman who sailed or rowed her boat around the world,
what was so different about her that she could build herself up to achieve that.
The first thing she did of a day was say to herself ' choose your attitude'.
We all can have seemly superhuman abilities just by changing our attitude and what we believe

I don't know if you guys call this super power or not. I can sleep within 30 sec and can live with out sleeping for 3 days. I can also play computer games for 20 hrs in a day with out taking any rest.

Super power of true intuition. It would be nice to be able to regularly receive intuitive guidance and feel free as a bird to follow it with abandon knowing it would only deliver me to the next wild adventure: even if it was a scary one.
