Today I Learned an Important Lesson About Manifesting Your Desires

Hi everyone,

I'm a big believer in the ability to manifest those dreams and desires that you want the most. I think there is very little that you can't manage to make happen. Yesterday, however, I learned an important lesson.

Over the course of this past weekend I had a few chances to see people pull out a large pile of cash. Most of them were vendors at a flower festival my wife and I attended but the handfuls of cash were still quite substantial. I used these images as a focus point and every time I saw one I said, to myself, "I'm going to make a fat wad of cash real soon."

It's not that I'm really struggling to make money but who wouldn't love a pile of cash so large it bulges your pockets?

Fast forward to yesterday (Monday) and, lo and behold, I made that "fat wad of cash". Here is a picture of it:

What's the problem, you ask?

Well, that "fat wad of cash" is actually only $50 in singles! I had sold another item on Craigslist and when the buyer showed up he paid me in 50 singles (weird, I know).

So, here is the lesson I learned:

You can, without a doubt, manifest your desires. When you're trying to make it happen, however, be as specific as possible!

When you're visualizing something, or repeating a phrase like a mantra, make sure to be as specific as you can. The universe will listen but it will sometimes only fulfill the requirements you've set forth. I said I wanted a "fat wad of cash" and that's what I got. I should've said I wanted "a fat wad of 20s".

I learned my lesson!

I'm certainly going to keep this in mind and I would suggest that you guys do the same.

Have a great day everyone and don't stop trying to make your dreams a reality!

Hey, $50 is better than $0! LOL
Yes, next time picture them all as $100 dollar bills

I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is.

You're absolutely right! I'm certainly not complaining about making $50, I try to be as grateful as I can for every dollar I make.

Every dollar I make on my own is worth more to me than hundreds that I made working for someone else. Not only is it more rewarding but it's physical proof that I both made the right decision and have what it takes to succeed on my own terms.

      Thanks for reading!

I really love it and who does not? It always gives a better feeling when you have $50 in your pocket than when its empty.

Exactly, and trust me when I say this: There were times in my life, years even, when I had absolutely no money at all. I won't go into detail but there were times when I wasn't sure if I'd have food to eat. These times were hard but I survived and remembering how miserable I was being broke is great motivation to keep doing what I'm doing.

Very heart touching. Probably the story is same for me also.

Hey try saying a mantra over quartz crystals as they have a huge affect on manifesting dreams into reality. It has been working for me so far I woke up to 105.52$ in commissions today all made on autopilot!

      Congrats on the commissions!

I haven't tried quartz crystals yet. I have a few of my own techniques which I think have been quite effective since I started using them. I study a lot of different things and I've developed an approach which takes inspiration from a number of different practices, some new and some very old.

Maybe I will give the crystals a try. My wife was a geology major in college so we have a collection of museum quality mineral samples. Living in New York I also have access to "Herkimer Diamonds" which are supposed to be the clearest quartz in the world.
