Have you smile today?

Happy people have learned to be present and make the time to savor simple, satisfying daily pleasures. To cultivate the seeds of happiness it only takes a couple of minutes. It is not complicated or complex process.

Remember, there is always a reason to be H-A-P-P-Y! No matter what your mood or the circumstances of the moment, it is almost always possible to conjure up a smile.

    I have noticed that even ugly people look great when
    they smile!

    Ugly being relative, of course! I don't think of
    people as being ugly, really.

    A smile can sure do wonders in difficult situations.

      I have read that one cannot be angry when they force themselves to smile during a difficutly situation . . . and I agree that it works. But, you can only keep yourself smiling for so long until you resort back to your previous feelings. Maybe by that time you have had a change in attitude.
