What is the purpose of your life?

Right now is to try spread the work about real liberty .... before is too late.

Live life to the fullest, staying happy while making others happy as well.

My purpose in life is to to be a blessing to others, whether it be my family, my business clients, my close friends, etc. I find that by taking this approach my wants and needs are also taken care of.

I've got a lot of them. The first one? To spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to all the nations.

But as far as my work is concerned... I've been blessed beyond belief with a talent for helping OTHER people make more money through sales funnel design, development, etc.

My purpose in life is writing sales copy, and helping people with their OptimizePress installations. My purpose is to help people with products and services get more customers.

Basically, I wanna be the Ultimate WP VA for 2012. Virtual assistant? No silly, virtual angel.

Making the internet a better, happier, and more cost efficient place through utilizing free open source platforms for max. profits!

A lot but my main purpose to help those who are less fortunate.

For me,

my purpose is to share whatever good things i have or know to other, as i always keep in my mind that "Sharing is Caring".

Sure, I'd love to travel, see the world, and definitely want to help others as much as I can, but I don't necessarily see those things as my ultimate purpose in life. Family is where it's at for me. And to ensure my children's future - there is no better purpose in life (for me) than that.

My way of life would be to finish a good collage,find a good job...also I have big plans with my olnine earnings....To spend more time with my friends and my familly...

My purpose is very simple and selfish as well. Just doing hard work to see myself in a place, from where I can make my beloved people happy.

I believe that we're all put here to leave the world a better place than we found it. For me that means making as many people as possible happy; and trying to cut down that damn national debt.

My current mantra that has helped me build great relationships with friends and more has been "if you make someones day better after interacting with you, feel good".

As for life itself. I honestly want to do so much. I'm pretty good at SEO, I also am pretty smart (at least I think so). I know I want to make a lot of money just to free up my time to do greater things in life. Whether it is going for a career in stand-up comedy, making a new startup, or changing the world one way or another. I really want to have the world recognize me, acknowledge me for my good-doings.

It's probably the middle-kid syndrome in me, but oh well.

The Method by which DESIRE for riches can be transmuted into its financial equivalent, consists of six definite, practical steps:

The purpose of my life is to overcome my limiting beliefs and discover the truth of who I really am and where I came from. This in itself has been a wondrous journey so far.

My, my. This is such a recurring question here lately that I've asked myself a lot.

I had a very close friend commit suicide recently, and with that in mind it's had me thinking a lot. What the hell am I still around here for?

It seems like all the good ones go way too soon.

The conclusion I've come to is providing opportunity to other people. Opportunity can be anything from business to life. I've always been good with people and I believe my calling is to help in some way, shape, or form. The ability to empathize with other human's is a gift that I think I should capitalize on. Now this could make me money also, but it is something I enjoy doing.

It's crucial to find what you enjoy doing. That is your niche. Once you get settled into it, life will start feeling a lot better. I know for me, it's been a struggle until I found what I really enjoy doing. Sometimes things might intimidate me still or frustrate me, but I stay focused on things I enjoy and it all smooths over. Even in my hardest times, I could find something positive to focus on, or help someone else.

It always makes me feel good to do something for someone else. At the end of the day, I like being able to lay my head down knowing I've done all I can.

Great post and great responses! Everyone has a life purpose, but unfortunately most of us either don't know their life purpose or forgot what it is. To optimize your life, discovering and living your life purpose is essential. It's a tall task and takes a lot of soul searching, which is why most people are unable to achieve it. It takes some longer than others to figure it out. It took me a while, but I realized my life purpose is to work with youth athletes and help them optimize their abilities regardless of their talent level, and develop a champion mindset. The new movie "When the Game Stands Tall" is an excellent example of this. I truly believe sports can be an excellent way to prepare young people for life.

In most cases, people tend ignore the much important and most basic issue in their lives (which is Finding Life's Purpose) because they are so preoccupied with petty things of everyday life. People are so preoccupied with questions like what clothes to wear, how to earn extra money, or where to go after work. But where are these questions leading to? Does attending to these questions bring us closer to finding answer to the basic question: Am I happy with the things I do? Am I happy the way my life is right now?

Doesn't our job play a huge role in Finding Life's Purpose? What do we do for most part of our days? Most people indulged aimlessly in their career out of necessity. Yet, most careers are brought about by jobs that are not particularly of the person's choosing. However, the universe is subtly guiding us in our quest for our life's purpose. We might stray off the right path or might encounter some pitfalls along the way. But the universe will guide us back to that path which is the right path. We might commit mistakes and problems might arise as the consequences of these mistakes. But if we look at these problems from a different perspective, we might find that these mistakes are needed to help us learn, and that the problems are just detours that take you to a better path. Yet, there are guideposts to find our purpose in life.

People might think that life is a procession of challenges and problems that keeps on coming. However, some people progress in life, while others seem to get stuck in the quagmire of life. It is because the universe continually creates for us what we hold in our minds, whether consciously or sub-consciously, through the law of attraction. So, if you keep on worrying about the lack of money, then, the universe will subsequently manifest in our lives the lack of money.

Where you are now is just the manifestation of your thoughts in reality. As we are a part of the universal creative power that created the universe, we can also create with the use of the power of our thoughts. We are connected to the universe by means of our subconscious minds. The universe constantly gives us clues about the purpose of life. It is up to us to discover and know what these clues are. These clues might be subtly imbedded in our passion or hobby. All your life, you have been guided in finding your life's purpose. All your interest, activities, and experiences have led you where you were now. Try to look back and see what direction they are pointing out to you.

My purpose in life is to be successful. Break free from the mental prison that society has placed upon us. We're not victims of our circumstances, we're all creators. I believe it takes a lifetime to really understand how much we can do. We can help others, but first we have to help ourselves.
