"Brainwashing" Yourself To Be Successful

I am subscribed to this guy on youtube.

He is not only a good fitness coach but is with it when it comes to mindset.

Wanted to share this video with you guys as he outlines a process whereby he conditioned his brain so that he was a successful person. In other words, being a successful person was synonymous with his being.

He gives the example of a diet. A fat person who goes on a diet will ultimately fail as they are 'being' a fat person (even if they temporarily lose weight).

Someone who is 'being' a fit person will unconsciously and easily eat the right foods and get the right exercise.

Bringing in the "successful" mindset is easy. Many say it isn't because they struggle in accepting the fact that they can be successful. Your mindset is your mood. Steven Covey said that we can always bring our own weather within us.

What would you fee on a melancholy and rainy Monday morning? Of course, you're not in the mood to go out of the house. But what if the sun shines bright? Don't you feel warm and ready to come outside? So what if you can carry your own weather within you?

We all have the power to choose. Those who are successful chose to be successful. It's not about the lack of education, lack of money, lack of inspiration. If you're not successful, it's just you don't want to be one. Never pass the blame to any resource.
