Research indicates that laughter is good for relieving stress.

Having a series of heart felt chuckles a day, can lower the levels of stress hormones in the body and increase the endorphin levels in the brain. These are the same 'feel good' hormones produced in the brain after having an exhilarating and intense workout; whether at the gym or having a walk or run at the park.

Interestingly enough, laughing is also free!

You don't have to pay a monthly fee to can feel good whenever you want to! Ironically, the more you feel good the more you attract more things that make you feel good into your life, and the more you are likely able to achieve your short term and long term life goals.

    Actually "the more you laugh , the more you cry " was a saying once upon a time,but now a days it is totally false,laugh is treated as a medicine for many heart diseases,it increases ones facial freshness,remove tension.
    If you wanna make happy your girl friend ,there is no alternative of it.

    Yeah! Laughter is the best dose for stress. Laughing is somehow makes you even more better because you feel happiness and joy.

    A sense of humor is needed armor. Joy in one's heart and some laughter on one's lips is a sign that the person down deep has a pretty good grasp of life.

      I suggest you to do Laughing at Early in the morning. It will help you for a better health. Some Month ago, I'm not filling so well. So, I go through this therapy and right now, I'm filling better then the earlier. I am sure that you will get the benefits from it.

      If you think you are not that funny of a person, that is ok, stop believing this and start realizing that we all have an inquisitive sense of humor that is waiting to come out. Not thinking that you are funny is only a mental block, (maybe like writers block) so stop blocking yourself and start realizing that we all can be funny people. Laughing genuinely is a really good feeling, genuinely making people laugh feels even better. We can all be funny and charismatic people if we are able to realize that about ourselves so start practicing. And remember that it is ok to laugh at ourselves too.

      Tenacious D - Too funny. I don't listen to their music much but it is funny. I am a big fan of Jack Black. My husband watches the Tenacious D movie all the time!

    Laughterhas to be the best medicine for a bad day, seriously I use it when stress gets to the highest levels (usually on a Monday when you wake up late for a meeting, stub your toe on the bed, drop the shower gel on that toe, and find I have left the house in slippers), get on the smartphone and a youtube fail always does the trick, lol

    I like to laugh. I do that, if get a small chance! Laugh is very much helpful for reduce tension. It also helps to keep the mind healthy and fresh.

    Awesome indeed! That is why it is a must to always do something everyday that you enjoy, that makes you smile and laugh. It is so beneficial in so many ways that it is a must to plan out and get it done.

    I am still confused as to why people choose not to smile and to simply live on a miserably routine day in and day out. They tend to blame everything around them without taking a step back and recognize their blessings. =-D
