    Coincidentally, I also have my own post its pinned on my mini cork board and those yellow post it says:

    1. Relax now, suffer later.
    2. Panic and you're Dead.
    3. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
    4. Be Dynamic - change anytime to accommodate SUCCESS
    5. Do not WORRY you have everything you NEED.

    Mine happen to be some reinforcement quotations That I tell myself when I am a bit down and not in the best mood.
