Positive thinking will help you accomplish things that you never thought likely. Thinking big is the first step in realizing your dreams and meeting with success. Ideas and dreams are a good start, but will quickly fizzle without action. Below are some steps you can take to add positive thinking into your life. You will be amazed at how quickly things start happening when you do so.
* Take passionate action towards living your life by design. Talk is cheap. Action = deposits in the bank of a passionately authentic future. Without it, passion is negated.
* Commit to yourself as well as those you love to create forcefully a life you can love. Instead of reacting, commit to creating from your heart and soul, out of love rather than fear.
* Identify and embrace the idea that every moment is ideal despite of its ending. Every time you hit on something that may appear too excessive, why not give it a attempt and see if it will work.
* Dwell completely in a place of thankfulness. Learn to use what you have in your hands and make employ it in the most constructive way.
* Keep humor at the forefront of thought, laughing at and with yourself when possible. You may find yourself quite entertaining when you loosen up!
* Believe that you are the engineer of your fate. No one can take your passionate future from you except for you! Create your life genuinely. As long as there's still breath in your body, there is no end to how much you can achieve in a lifetime.
Without having some positive thinking in your life-you'll just end up as a dim bulb in a dark corner. Make your path and allow your inner light to shine brightly for the entire world to see.

    si101,

Right now you are flooding this forum with basic statements you probably took from some plr book.

Even though the statements are right, it would be much more helpful to only focus on 2 or 3 of your 'headlines' and explain what to do to *achieve* the things you are posting about.

For instance, your statement "believe that you are the engineer of your fate" sounds nice but isn't helpful. Why not explaining why this is important and then sharing some ideas of what a person with limiting beliefs can do to overcome their self-imposed limits to finally being able to believe the statement themselves?

    Hope this helps.

Think about these "simple statements" every day and your life will be change, don't read it one time and doubt me, the publisher, I just talk, listens, understand, believe, action and success is yours.

If you want some sentences to think about every day, it isn't thinking positively. It's Affirmation.

You can create affirmation for yourself if you want to, they do help.

But thinking only isn't enough, you must take action also...

Postitive thinking is one of the hardest things to do consciously but has amazing rewards. You really have to try hard to be aware of your negative thoughts before you can get rid of them.

One thing you can do is the reframe game. Every time you have a negative thought you reframe it with 3 positive thoughts. Ok an example from my life recently: I had a minor car accident that will cost a few thousand dollars to fix and will leave me without a car for a while. I will have to pay the excess to my insurance provider which will be anywhere between 500 and 1000$ which at the moment is a lot of money for me. A lot.

          Ok 3 positives:
          1. I could get some other damage fixed on the car in the same claim
          2. I learnt a good lesson about driving safer
          3. I didn't have to go on a trip I didn't really want to go on the next day
There are other things like it was only a minor accident and no one was hurt etc

Try this game, it wil be hard at first but it will help you be more positive guaranteed.

Thinking Positive just not only in our mind, but also we have to act to have reaction from being positive thinking

One trick I use is immediately after I feel upset or discouraged I change my train of thought.

    Example:

"I feel terrible today. I'm never going to get all this work done."

    TO

"I feel so energetic and happy today. I am easily going to get this work done because I'm intelligent and patient. I am also a hard worker."

Using self-talk over and over again it can truly do wonders for you.

Exactly. So instead of slouching sit up straight and even force a smile if you have to because how you act eventually translates into how you feel.
