What is the Warrior Forum Worth?

This morning as worked at my desk, I noticed that blue alexa score on my firefox browser in the warrior forum as I read the sales copy of another brilliant WSO by Dan Lew (Dan if you're reading this, you're my hero ). I always knew the Warrior Forum had a ton of traffic, but I never stopped to realize that it's the 146th most visited site on the planet. I then thought about how I've personally benefited from the Warrior Forum. I'll be the first to admit that I'm definitely not the most active member (171 posts in 2 years is shameful I know); however, I've made a significant amount of money from a few WSO and jv connections I've formed. I've also grown as an Internet Marketer with what I've learned here.

So I have 2 questions for anyone wanting to continue the discussion.

1. What is the Warrior Forum worth to you personally?
For me personally, somewhere in the six figures range based on what I've earned directly here and from what I've learned that has impacted my business.

2. What is the Warrior Forum worth?
I'd say 50-75 million. The Warrior Forum is the pulse of the internet marketing community. The amount of money made both directly and indirectly as a result of the Warrior Forum is huge.

I'd like to hear your thoughts.

The dollar amount if allen where to choose to sell it would be in the millions. The value and wealth that has been generated through the knowledge shared here is incalculable. I know of several 200 million dollar ventures that were started through this forum, many more 10 to 40 million dollar businesses and master minds.

I don't think Allen would get anywhere near the dollar amounts generated by those that have benefited through this place. He pretty much can live off of the fees for the WSO section alone for a long time.

Ignore the SEO and PR ratings.. it doesn't mean anything when it comes to this website. If the dollar amount were to be strictly calculated by PR and SEO then Allen would get ripped off in a big big way.

This site generates over a million dollars a year. It doesn't take a rocket scientists to figure that out. It probably comes closer to two million dollars a year if not more than that.

Why Allen would ever need, or want to sell this place is kind of beyond me. That said, if he did want to sell than I think it could easily be a $100 to $200 million dollar sale. Easily.

You're going to fail. If you're afraid of failure then you do not belong in the Internet Marketing Business. Period.

A million dollar a year is great, but $100 to $200 million upfront is even better. At that range, you'll make some list of the world's richest people. Top 2000 maybe out of 6.9 billion

WF is a great inspiration. Love to read, learn and take action! Lot's of people are making 5 figures in here every month by selling WSO's.

Maybe WF could be sold half a billion dollars? Or actually I believe even more, if the right buyer is found.

The WF is priceless to me. I have gained clients, learned loads of useful information, met great people (not literally), picked up lots of free stuff, had a few laughs and also helped others with knowledge I have.

I certainly hope it never disappears because it would certainly leave a void.

To me the warrior forum is the best internet marketing forum on the internet. I knew it had a high Alexa score. I don't even use that toolbar so my visits aren't even counting I guess!

The War Forum is great and the warrior special offers are too. Some great products on there and I've made some great contacts so far.

If this site generates between $1 mil to $2 million a year, then the likely for sale price would be around $3.5 million dollars.

High value sites go for the same multiples as lower value ones. Sometimes even these sites don't sell. There was one a little while ago that didn't have any takers for it on Flippa.

Cash flow is just one part of the valuation of a business, but its not as simple as a mutiple of income. Facebook generates around 2-3 billion a year, but is worth around 80 billion dollars. If the warrior forum was ever for sale, Allen would not have trouble finding a buyer willing to pay 50 million for it. The warrior forum is the most popular internet marketing forum. I could even see a company like Google or Yahoo buying it.

Well, this account is priceless for me and when it comes to the forum, I am sure the owner would not want to sell for anything less than 15 mill

For me, Warrior Forum is the best place where you can feel inspired, motivated and learn bunch of ideas in reading different thread in different categories.

The worth of Warrior Forum should be in the range of 6 figures.

Other than WSO fees and War Room subscriptions (a one time purchase), how does the Warrior Forum make money?
