Yes you need to be willing to sacrifice to be successful! Sleep less and take action until you succeed. Hard to follow the guidelines from here, as I have to prioritize my everyday life and I cannot be 100% addicted to IM - Just like he is to his physical training.

  yeah, you must want it as bad as you want to breathe... like the analogy of the rich guy teaching the other by pushing him under the water. just as hard as you would fight for air, so hard must you fight for your goals...
