It's Time To Take A Break...

Whenever I feeling like i'm starting to lose steam or if I find myself starting to drift onto some other topic that's separate from the main task at hand, I go like to go jogging.

I find that while I'm jogging i'm able to organize exactly what I want to get for the day that's cohesive with my goals.

So if you have internet marketing ADD like me and your eyes constantly want to look at other shinning objects, then I suggest you learn how to step away from your computer and re-examine your goals for the day. Once you have everything lined up in your head or on paper, get back to work and start dominating!

    That's a great way, I know it myself. When you're jogging you are alone on the road and all the great ideas come to you! Oxygen to your brain does magic things

    On cool days I do the same thing Instead of jogging though I do chin ups and dips occasionally deep squats

    Ya...thats a great idea to start with fresh enthusiasm. Sometimes it better to take a pause rather than pushing it harder to cross the limits.

    All of us needs to take a break at least once or twice a week. It's a way of treating our selves from 1 week of work, there is nothing wrong in taking a break. The important thing is we know how to manage our time, time for family, friends, and for our self.

      Definitely, I feel like I get my best inspirations when i'm not in front of a computer.

    I like to go jogging, too. It frees up my mind and I always get rid of all the tension and stress and everyday life brings.

    When I finish jogging, I feel excited and ready to take more action.

      Yea, I believe good exercise really enhances my thought process. I also make sure to do my workouts outside because something about the fresh outside air in my lungs really gets me pumped - I guess this might not work as well if you live downtown in a city.

    There is something so cool about having fun while working. For a very long time I felt bogged down with details and with the pressure of always trying to prove myself. The more I tried it seems the more my plan was thwarted and left me feeling very frustrated.

    Something is different this time around. I leave the making money pressure, the prove who I am pressure to my money macho guy ... I started to develop a personal relationship with 'money' and no longer think I must do anything to accumulate it.

    The result is impressive - I finish all of my works extremely fast -- i have lot of fun and money just keep come in to be close to me.

    Yea. I think if you stare at a computer long enough you get engulfed in the world in front of you. You need to step back so you can gather and collect all your thoughts. Physical activity really helps to bring out that creativity too, in my opinion.

    What I do when I start drifting off. I drink a cup of coffee and I step away from the computer for 1/2 hour or 45 minutes, to get myself back together.
