View Life in a more proactive state ....

Become less reactive to all lifes challenges, become familiar to that place of stillness and enhance your quality of life....
I have found Yoga practise is about being in touch with our inner most being and expressing it in our everyday life.
During the many years I have been practising yoga, I have grown in ways that I would never have imagined. I am not the same person I was . I belive the atoms and molecules in my body are different than they were before I began a life of daily yoga practice. Life is so much easier, not because it doesn't present challenges, but because I can handle the challenges now. My ability to move on from life's crises I attribute to the consistent , honest work and joy of a daily yoga practise.
This transformational journey of self discovery and self awareness is so powerful ......besides the beautiful asanas(poses), meditation, breathing techniques, yoga teaches you to trust oneself and live with integrity.

What are your thoughts on Yoga ?

    Yes I agree. I always want to go yoga but my time wont allow at the moment. Yoga establishes a deep relationship with you inner being.

      Time shouldn't be an excuse. Yoga can be done by anyone anywhere.
      Plenty of audio, dvd's , online yoga sessions around...
      Maybe just start with the deep breathing , or meditation....

    I think any practice that allows you to "go within" and quiet the chatters allows you to touch your full potential. This centering allows you to accomplish so much more.

    I have been a meditator for over 30 years and it is my sanctuary and place of inspiration.
