    This is smiler to what I teach people how to do in my consulting to end procrastination and take compulsive action.

    The problem is most people don't know how to visualize and feel intense emotions about what they want to compel themselves enough to automatically take action on there goals.

    Visualization has been talked about in movies like The Secret but they don't explain how to do it and how power it has at changing your subconscious beliefs when done right.
