My problem is no 2 ,
    2. I am too young or too old to go for it
this is totally a bad and boring thinking that I always suffer ,
my doctor give me hard core meditation as a medicine , but the thinking stick with me and play an important role against success.

    Great post!

I would add one more reason (which is my biggest problem) which is:

    I will do/start it tomorrow.

I chose entrepreneurship over further education despite being laughed at by my friends and family..

I recently hit the "RESTART" button on my life, read my personal blog to find out how I did it :)

lol. I do that with a lot of offline projects. For example. There's a big gaping hole in the floor underneath one of my bathtubs that needs fixed.

I keep saying I'll do it tomorrow. Then tomorrow comes and it doesn't get done. lol

I'm gonna have to get onto that job before long as it's gonna let all the heat out and all the cold air in this winter.

What keeps me putting it off is I've got to remove the toilet, then pull out the bathtub to get to the floor. Then take up the old particle board and put down some new plywood.

It's a bigger job than it seems. lol

I agree, you can think 'til the cows come home but unless you get up off your chair and do something... like Einstein said, "Nothing happens until something moves!"

I would also add another excuse - "you can't make money doing THAT."

I've been told countless times that I can't make money as a photographer. Or an artist. Or a writer. Well, guess what? I wanted to make money doing those very things, and I am. But it took getting off my butt and doing something about it!

Yes, I have to admit that I too use the excuse about not having time. I work as a health care professional and am a wife and mother which also takes up quite a bit of time but......my internet business is always on my mind and even when I'm not actively working the business, I'm always planning ahead of when my next free day is and what exactly my goal for that day is and it's been working well for me. Remember, " The will to succeed is worthless without the will to prepare", and I do spend many hours preparing.

I love excuses. how fun are they... we have all made them, some on a daily or even by the minute instance... How extreme, but the best thing about excuses is learning to overcome them. without an obstacle to overcome how are we to grow, but when you find yourself making an excuse, call yourself out and argue the opposite point...

I'm to young or old... argument... "well their are millions of other young/old people doing it for the first time every day, why should i be any different.

"Time is an equal opportunity employer. Each human being has exactly the same number of hours and minutes everyday. Rich people can't buy more hours. Scientist can't invent new minutes and you can't save time to spend it on another day.Even so, time is amazingly fair and forgiving. No matter how much time you have wasted in the past, you still have an entire tomorrow"

Great list, they all seem to point to one thing and that is, we are in full control of what we do by completely shifting our mindset from thinking up excuses to thinking up ways to make it happen. =-)

Sometimes, we can rationalize the "I haven't got time"
Ask the people who do a job, especially the developers...and ask the same question to the organizations they work for

#6 and #10 rank high on my list

I am always looking to find more time. Once you realize you have the time, then you must intend to do something with that time, and affirm each day what you want to head towards.

Always trying to be more perfect can waste time when a better approach is to put it out there and then adjust.

The biggest reason for failure is poiting fingers at others and not looking at ourselves.
Here I remember a Quote which I love very much.
"Hold yourself responsible for every Failure you face.By doing so,you will directly be credited for the complete success you face on your name."

There's one that needs adding here:

    - I think I'm doing it wrong/missing out on something/the latest hot thing and what I'm doing no longer works (before I gave it chance) and jumped into another TACTIC promising easy/fast cash rather than having a business strategy and only buying "tactics" that fit with the strategy

I love this list. It is from a program by Wayne Dyer called "Excuses Be Gone!". I was listening to it exactly today. It's all in my head - the excuses, how to change them.

For the - do it tomorrow - there was an awesome explanation.

When we tell ourselves an excuse like: I'm scared that I will fail; then it may or may not be true. If we reverse it to - I'm sure I will succeed - this also may or may not be true.

As a result - if we choose to follow the 1st belief: I'm scared that I will fail; then - we don't want to fail, we don't want to feel bad... and leave the work for tomorrow.

If we choose the 2nd belief: I'm sure I will succeed; we at least get a reason to look for a proof that we will succeed.
