Any self-help Audio/Video to recommend?

Hi warriors,

I'm looking forward to buy some self-help video/audio to "pamper" myself (can be any kind of self-help video/audio - motivation, time management, effective communication etc). Do you guys have any recommendation?

If so, please kindly state:

1) Video or Audio?
2) What kind of self-help video/audio? Is it on goal settings? Is it on relationship etc?
3) What's your rating ./10?
4) Give a short intro

    It's a series of videos with tons of motivation and techniques to improve life as a whole.

    Apart from that, you could also watch some videos by Eric Thomas who has been referred to as one of the best motivational speakers of the present times.

    I'd recommend some of my favorites and the classics that many successful people have recommended before me:

    1) Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
    2) Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
    3) The Richest Man in Babylon by George Clason
    4) Influence by Robert Cialdini
    5) The Art of War by Sun Tzue
    6) Any book by Robert Greene
    7) The Autobiography of Howard Hughes

      Have read Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich, The Richest Man in Babylon and The Art of War..

      Will take a look at influence and autobiography though Thanks.. I reckon they are all books right?
