How Far Can You Push Yourself?

How far are you willing to go? Are you only able to push until it starts getting difficult or can you kick it into another gear and push through the growing pains? You can withstand a lot more than you give yourself credit for. There's no excuse for quitting. "Commitment is when you keep pushing yourself beyond belief, even when others doubt and say you cannot do it. "

Normally when things seem like they're at the point of breaking you it's probably on the brink of building you and helping you ascend to the next level of success. You just have to persevere and keep pushing. I know that this isn't as easy as you expected and it's demanded a lot more of you than you originally thought but I know you can do it! You're so close!

I hope this lights a fire under you and helps you push through today and work hard!

Kind Regards
#push

Yeah you know that inspiration comes only when we're at that discomfort and confused place. Step back, and look at the big picture of where you need to be. If you know up front, that there is going to be stuff along the way that is going to be frustrating and make you want to quit, then you will more likely persevere through the rough times and eventually make it.

For me if it gets way too stressful, I am probably doing something wrong. It is best to think of other ways to make things easier instead of harder.

I agree sometimes you need to reevaluate the situation but sometimes you have to push as well

I can walk with broken bones. I will either be successful, or die of old age while trying to be successful.

If you are in the comfort zone, you are not growing. Rich and successful keeps growing and always step out of comfort zone. Thy keep learning and find opportunities. We have to go through the finish line not end at the finish line.

exactly correct...for me IM has exciting HIGHS and frustrating LOWS...the process keeps repeating:confused: but I think I can work with that because, after every low the next high is highER than the previous

Concurently, you will find this weird, but I like bumpy plane flights compared to smooth and boring flights

My stamina is dependent on the particular goal. I can push through weariness, pain, distractions - all kinds of things - when I am truly focused on achieving the goal or getting an important task done.

When it is something that does not truly excite me, I have trouble pushing myself. Unless it is a priority task that must be done before I can get to the "good" stuff! Then I can usually find the strength to push onward.

Pushing yourself too much is not only a headache but also a heartache when things go wrong. So don't push too hard.

You can push yourself to complete breaking point. I know because I've done it. I built up several businesses turning over a combined 2million per year and tried to run everything myself. I was working 7 days a week and doing ridiculous hours. In the end I made some bad decisions and lost everything. But I don't regret it? Why, because I now know how far I can go, I've learned from my mistakes and genuinely grateful for the experience. Although at the time it did feel like my life was ending!
The key for me going forward is perspective.

Work isn't the be all and end all, I lost all perspective and way over commited. Hopefully it should be different second time around
