    Sometimes I get a little discouraged and have to step back relax. It always has to be quiet during that time as well. A lot of the time I just go outside to my favorite tree and just sit in it and listen to nature. I know it sounds a little weird but thats my form of meditation lol

    I used to have a hard time staying consistent with it. Then I decided to try it for 30 days and keep doing it no matter what happened or didn't happen. It's hard to describe this to someone who hasn't tried this experiment, but it's crazy the things that just start occurring to you, the people who mysteriously show up in your life.

    I often dream about things before they happen, gotten me out of a lot of sticky situations, especially in business and personal relationships. Frankly, I'm afraid to stop doing it after I've seen what it does, even though I don't understand why it works the way it does. Sometimes you have to just do it. Hell, none of us even know how gravity works but that doesn't stop us from using it to stay grounded lol.

    The hardest part is turning off the "chattering monkey" of your conscious mind. One of my copywriting clients was a meditation expert who studied under Buddhist Monks and the Huna of Hawaii. He told me something that worked really well. You lie still and anytime a thought comes into your mind, you just acknowledge it by saying something like:

    "Now I'm thinking about my product launch..."
    "Now I'm thinking about taking out the trash..."
    "Now I'm thinking about that cute girl I saw at Starbucks..."

    Every time you do this, the thought dismisses itself. Sometimes it comes back and during the first week it's nuts because you have about 50 of these statements every minute. But after about 10 days, you have about one thought a minute and by the end of 30 days you have maybe one every 15 minutes.

    Eventually, your mind becomes still and after a while you can start guided visualization and body awareness. About two weeks in, things start happening that you can't explain but, odd opportunities that look like coincidences. I suspect most people quit early because this doesn't happen right away or because it's easy to dismiss these as mere coincidence.

    But I've had a few lulls in my meditation since I started, and every time I stop, the odd coincidences stop too. Meditation is like taking a shower, you have to do it everyday to get results every day.

    Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that thought and meditation alone will attract results. I take a lot of action. But meditation makes your actions easier, increases your focus time, makes you less prone to procrastination, more creative, better at reading others, more energetic, more positive.

    Just try it, 15 minutes a day for the next 30 days. Make it just as important as taking a shower. See what happens, I think you'll be surprised.

      What do you do when you meditate...just lie back and try to quiet your mind? I have trouble turning off the chattering monkey, as you call it. Either that or I fall asleep. But I'd like to try again, especially given the results you describe.

          Yes, i've seen and used some of those techniques before Kathy, there are different breathing styles and actually one of the main goal from my current understanding is to invoke or attract into oneself Prana/Chi energy and then another goal with other breathing techniques is to basically flood the brain with oxygen so that you get basically... high.

          Personally I think any meditation is better than no meditation but I think that when you compare different styles and teachings there is a vast difference that is easily identifiable.

          That is like on of their two basic methods for meditating (their other stuff you can find here: Higher Balance Institute | Awakening the World One Mind at a Time) and what I like about that one is that its free, its takes as little as 30 seconds to do per day and its actually really teaching you several different things while relaxing you all at the same time.

          That's what I do and it does work. Also if you have friends willing to try meditation you can do guided meditations. One person in the group walks you through the meditaion and by listening to their voice you go into a trancelike state where by the time they "leave you to your self" so to speak the mind chatter is all but gone. I lived in Orlando Fl for a couple years and we had a really good group there. I miss it and now I live in the Bible belt where stuff like meditation is frowned upon. I'd like to start a group here.

        I've been meditating since I was 10 years old. My mother took me to a TM teacher back then. Later zazen when I was studying a japanese matial art (Okinawan style of karate).

        Later, I became a yoga teacher and studied under one of the top meditation teachers in the world.

        One thing about meditation - you can't do it lying down. You can do yoga nidra (sleep of yoga) which is usually led by a teacher whilst lying down. But true meditation should be done sitting upright for energetic reasons.

        One of the common misconceptions about meditation is that it means stilling the mind. If you look at the yoga sutras of Patanjali there is, perhaps, a better way of looking at it.

        Patanjali said there were 8 steps to the practice of yoga - called the ashtanga (hence the name used by one of the popular styles of yoga).

        These 8 steps or limbs of yoga include things like posture and breath. The last 3 limbs really focus on the meditation and the previous 5 prepare the mind and body.

        So, what are the last three?

        Dharana or concentration. This is practicing focus - usually on one thing like breath or a flame or the light in your Heart. It is characterized by a complete focus on the object of concentration.

        Dhyana or meditation. This is the step where there is two way communication between the observer and the object of concentration.

        Samadhi or the merging of the observer and the observed.

        The reason I am writing this is because most 'meditators' find it difficult to get beyond the practice of concentration. It takes time and commitment. And without going through the practice then the actual state of meditation is impossible.

        Also, it really helps to have done the preliminary work of the first five limbs. They prepare the body and mind for the final steps.

        I have some really cool and simple techniques that I think will help anyone interested - just let me know and I'll make some vids and post them on YouTube for the fun of it.

      I can't even begin to list how much of a difference meditation has made in my life! It's as much a part of life as eating and sleeping! Great post!

    I try to meditate as often as possible on how awesome and mighty God is. But sometimes I get so wrapped up in the days events I forget to.

    On the flip side if you're not meditating over something positive everyday I guarantee you that you are mediating over something negative.

    Well, I have meditated in past but ever since I became mother of two little kids, I just lost all my routine works. Recently, I have started running 2km a day and happy with the progress. Will surely start meditating and doing yoga

      You can meditate while you run if you don't use an ipod. Just watch your breathing; or focus on your navel or feet while you run. Meditation is simply holding focus. I've meditated so long now I can even meditate and drive! just focus on belly while driving, removes all stress and hassle. It's a lovely thing, a lovely connection with yourself.

      I suppose that depends what you mean by "worship".

      Without turning this into a spiritual debate I honestly think that whatever it is that you believe in, be it a God, The Universe, a force of energy that emanates throughout the entire Universe, or something else... that it does not need nor does it want or expect you to worship it.

      I think this is old religious type thinking and casting and I think they did it because they simply did not understand. We have come far since then.

      Let me give you an analogy. Its like to say that in a way you may be seen as the ultimate being of your own body (God).

      Yet your very own body is made up of billions if not trillions of individual living and intelligent cells (life forms) they are blood cells, red cells, white cells, liver cells, arachnid like creatures swarming around on your skin, worm like creatures in your eye, protein cells etc.

      These cells are "a part" of you yet they are not you and you are not them, in a way you can say all is one and one is all and that together you live a symbiotic relationship...

      If you where to inject a syringe into your arm pull the trigger back and suck out some blood, lets say the red blood cell was intelligent enough and it could look through the glass in the syringe and it would be like "what the hell is that giant tentacle being doing staring at me and where all my friends...?

      You inject the blood back into your body and back he is, in his own micro world that makes you up.

      So now that would be like saying you now expect that cell and all the other cells to worship you as their master or their God.

      Seems crazy right. You give them food, water, nutrients and hence their life and they in return give you life by pumping your blood, feeding you experiences through your senses etc.

      You would not want them sitting around worshiping you, almost like a parent child relationship you want the red blood cell to live his life and do his thing and most importantly to contribute to the whole.

      I personally believe that the old religions confused worshiping with reflection and contemplation. If God exists (I believe IT does) it would probably want you to grow and expand and how would you do this? Simply by reflecting on what you are and what it is.

      It would want you to search for it through space and time and it would want you to expand your mind to the farthest reaches so that if you where to find it, that it could share something with you, imagine that?

      Its like a parent, and most spiritual schools and religions already paint God as a kind of parent, does the parent want the child to worship it? Hell no, the parent wants the child to live and grow and be happy, to experience and to do its thing.

      Anyway, I think I kind of Hijacked my own thread but I did think it was worth it as I seriously do not believe God or The Universe needs worshiping nor does it want worship. It needs contemplation and exploration.

    I think meditation is vital and should be done daily and even several times a day. I think sometimes people get caught up in the term, "Meditation."

    It doesn't have to be viewed as some sort of ritual involving insence, candles and chanting while in some sort of uncomfortable position....however I dont view that as something negative if that is persons particular method.

    There are many ways people use to connect mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. At times it may involve some physical discomfort. Fasting also comes to mind.

    One of my regularly used forms of meditation falls more inline with taking moments - short and long - to visualize my goals. I meditate (visualize) on them and I do so as vividly as possible. I pay attention to the sights, sounds, smells and physical aspects - engaging all my senses mentally, as much as possible. There is significance in this that has been proven through decades of research and experiments.

    The minds ability to align us and take something we have visualized and make it a reality is phenomenal. I could expand even more but dont want to get too long winded. I will say - there is a book that talks about this and a classic experiment you are probably familiar with that dates back to the 1960's Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz. Interesting stuff...

    I said all that to say, I definitely meditate and encourage it for anyone who has goals.

      The subconscious responds to images, so when we take time to visualize, we are making a connection to our subconscious, which can then go about its work of helping us manifest what it is we are visualizing.

      I have started to visualize a bit more, and will continue in this vein and learn more about meditation.

        I do the same as Kathy ! Most people start out meditating and learn that you have to let go of thoughts which makes meditation to start with pretty difficult for some ! I learned about visualizing / meditating and the power of the subconsious mind from a professional hypnotist and Neuro Linguistic Programmer.

        Visualizing your goals in vivid pictures is a form of meditation as well. Simply because you cannot have a negative thoughts in exactly the same time you are doing this. I think most of you know what I am talking about ! When you meditate on the same goal / picture enough days the subconsious mind starts to believe it is real. Scientist discovered that is takes between 21 and 40 days to change an image / belief on a subconsious level. The subconscious works with images more than words. When you watch a horror movie on tv and you get scared, it is not the conscious mind but the subconsious mind that reacts ! It beliefs it is really happening now !

        Donald Trump teaches people all kinds of methods to be succesful, but he also says he visualizes closing the deal and even shaking hands with the people he does business with. This form of visualisation / meditation can be seen as Neurolinguistic Programming with images.

        In my country (I am from Amsterdam) lives someone who has become famous doing this. He goes by the the name André Rieu. He is the guy who travelled the world with an orchestra and an entire castle as stage for his performances. Not a lot of people know but he used to play in old peoples homes. While he played there he closed his eyes and meditated /visualized he would play all over the world with a big orchestra.

        Also a form of programming yourself on subconsious level with pictures. In my country they find it unbelievable that he can do all of this. He wanted to go to Australia with the orchestra and the entire castle. The bankers told him there was not enough money and it could never be done or be profitable ! He kept meditating on the image of his orchestra playing in Australia and despite what the bankers told him he pulled it off.

        When you read about the lives and philosophies of Leonardo Da Vinci and Albert Einstein they did the same. Albert Einstein meditated / visualized himself sitting on a beam of light and flying throughout the Universe. Then he got the insights of his relativity theory, not by logical thought ! He states in his books imagination / meditation is more important than knowledge. Leonardo Da Vinci had a journal with him all day long where he would write things down and then draw pictures next to the questions and comments. This is now called Mindmapping. He then meditated on the questions he had and often he would leave it for days or weeks.

        Insights has never been explained by science for example. How can someone like Einstein know of the relativity theory if no one in the world ever told him about it. Think about ! Insights often come when people are not thinking of the problem while hiking, driving long distances or meditating and thinking / visualizing other things! This is a way of clearing your mind to let insights in which are normally blocked my mindchatter !

        The Neuro Linguistic Programmer who taught me said half of Hollywood actors and actrices went to a hypnotherapist to change themselves in a positive way on subconsious level. The subconsious mind work with pictures and positives. Like for instance people who are overweight say I want to lose weight or I don't want to be fat. When you lose your keys, what do you want to do, find them again right !

        The subconsious mind knows when you say lose, you want to find or regain it. Goes for keys, your car, your children, you always want to find what you lose. So when you say I want to lose weight the subconsious mind will help you lose weight and then find / regain the weight again. Saying I don't want to be fat will become I want to be fat. The word not is not in the vocabulary on the subconsious mind, cause the subconsious mind thinks that everything is possible ! Only the Ego / conscious mind thinks that things are impossible or can not be done !

        I have learned from the neurolinguistic programmer to visualize and focus on positive images, positive outcomes and especially endresults. The subconsious mind then knows what the end result is and will show the way and the methods to achieve it ! Using positive statements / affirmations for 21 to 40 days works as well. Espcially the one where you would say "I choose to achieve this, do this" and so on." . In the 1900's they used to call it autosuggestion. Now they call it NLP or positive affirmations. I had the opportunity to learn from not only a succesful man, but a really succesful businessman. He uses and used autosuggestion, meditation / visualisation to become what he has become now.

        He taught me that succesful people mostly do not believe or use these techniques and that they think in terms of competition. Super succesful however do use these techniques and methods and often do not think in terms of competition or think in this way much less. More in terms of doing what they love to do and being of service to other people ! I have received permission to write a book about the things he taught me (to program yourself on subconsious level for health, wealth, business succes and abundance) which I am grateful for.

          That really is very interesting. On a related note, the idea for the double helix structure of the DNA molecule came in a dream. It seems some of us are more in touch with the subconscious, and its often people who'd be classified as geniuses.

          As to your last point: Often I find that just letting things sit for a while, especially when I'm having difficulty making a decision or resolving a problem, is especially helpful.

            Cool dream you had ! Yes we originally had 12 DNA strands. Most people have two strands, activated but some have three activated like geniuses and profets even more. They also have more synchronized left and side hemispheres of the brain. These people can connect the dots better than "normal people"do.

            Einstein said in his books I am not smarter than most people , I just stay longer with the problem. He just connected the dots which is the cooperation of left and right side of the brain. Besides meditating there is another way to synchronize the left and right hemispheres of the brain and much faster than sitting meditation for 40 years on a mountain as monk in Tibet :-. If you'd like to know let me know, it's too long to explain but I can point you in the right direction !

            I agree relaxing, reading a book, going for a walk in nature (with a dog or not) can be helpful too. Or take a nap like Alexander Graham Bell used to do when he could not solve the problem. I always like learning about motivation, succes and perserverance from people like this. Well succesful people in general as I do not have people in my surroundings who are succesful.

      Cool form of meditation. Alchohol shuts up the negative committee that meets in peoples heads so you could see it as a form of meditation.

      I could not have phrased it better myself Jarmila ! I mean it literally as well as I am from Amsterdam and my native language is not English :-) Nicely put ! I assume you use The Law of Attraction and the power of the subconsious mind in your (business) life as well ?

      When I am walking in nature alongside the lake walking with a girlfriend (I lost count :-) and her wolfdog it is meditation for me too. She doesn't stop talking and I have to listen all the way round the lake. Poor me :-) My mind can only focus on her chattering away and then when I drive back in the car the insights come.

      Most people call it meditation, other people call it stopping mindchatter. My friend meditates every day for hours and hours. When he does not meditate even for one day he does not feel good. That for me is one step too far, as I want to feel good even though I do not meditate / visualize for a couple of days !

        Yes, Criz, I do use the LoA in my personal and business life. Maybe I should rephrase that: I CONSCIOUSLY use it, as opposed to unconsciously attracting stuff I don't want. Last night I was meditating on this art and photography project I'm working on, and today while out walking my dog and meditating I had a conversation with my Higher Self. Way cool. I would ask a question and <BAM> I had a response that was so immediate, often so counter to what I would prefer to hear, and incredibly wise... that it had to come from deep, deep within. From that place only accessible by silencing the mind. Woohoo, I'm on fire today!!

          Cool Jarmilla you received insights on your photography project. I agree with you when you can stop the mindchatter then the insights and ideas come. When you keep focusing on the obstacles the insights stay away. Leave it a couple of days of weeks then the ideas come, When you read the biographies of people like Einstein, Leonardo Da Vinci, the inventor Tesla, Graham Bell these big minds all talk about how they received insights and ideas this way, that's how I learned !

      I used to think it was bullshit (back in the day when i had a physical labor job lol) but now I use it at least once daily if not twice (morning and night). I meditate to music to help me get into the theta brainwave state. It's a very receptive state so I envision my most ideal circumstances or whatever else my goals are and over time these manifest into reality.

      As a note, even when i meditated when i had a physical drive-to-work job, I wasn't really getting anywhere. Though I did really well at work, my meditations were on doing well at work, which isn't really wealth or health related since it was a massive source of stress for me.

      The change came when i removed the job from my life, which happened to be where the most negativity was coming from, and from that moment forward everything just felt better. No overnight riches or any of that crap, but it was a gradual and continual shift for me.

      I have experimented running my business both on and off meditation, and meditation definitely helps me in almost every way you can imagine. Sometimes I had a few weeks where i just simply forgot to meditate, and I could notice a difference in both quality of relationships and how hard it was to sustain the profitability/success of different projects (after i self reflected and realized i hadn't meditated in a while).

      So meditating did help me reprogram myself to think in a completely different way attracting 100% different people and circumstances. Some people may not favor it for whatever reason, but this is something that's part of my life now.

Now, I have tinnitus and think it would be even more difficult. Even if I could quiet my idea factory (my mind) I suspect the tinnitus would only seem louder.

      Mantra meditation (So-Hum, Om, etc.), breath meditation and brainwave entrainment will all help you overcome the tinnitus issue (anything where you are incorporating a sound will help).

      I meditate because it has helped me overcome conditioned thoughts and negativity, to express gratitude and love, to relieve stress and to visualize what I want.

      The coolest part of meditation for me is the inner silence. Yup, complete silence in my head. No chatter, no unwanted thoughts, no unwanted emotions, no unwanted images, just 'being.' When your inner chatter shuts up, you instantly feel more alert, alive, mentally agile, happy, connected... it's hard to describe in words how cool a 'word-less' state is. It's not hard to do this, either, in fact it's super easy.

      I suffer with that too. sometimes it's like two express trains passing each other in a long tunnel.

      The thing with meditation is that it sort of neutralizes sounds even though they are within the head.

      Do You Meditate?

      Yes, you bet I do, on a regular basis 2 to 3 times a day.

      20 minutes at a time.

      I have been practicing meditation for over 25 + years.

      The methods that I have practiced in are as follows:
      • Transcendental Meditation (TM)
      • The Silva UltraMind ESP System

      To address peoples problems with the chattering monkey question, is quite easy once you learn the basics of meditation.

      The meditation I teach on my website is along the lines of (TM) but without the secret so called mantras.
      Using just the word Relax... R-E-L-A-X... that is all that is really necessary without having to remember secret cryptic words which seems to worry people in as much, am I saying this given mantra the right way...? Instead of just getting on with the meditation session unhindered.

      Once you have learnt the basics of stillness... that is reaching Alpha Level, and the chattering monkey pops up which happens to us all and no one is excluded from this, is to bring yourself back into the "NOW" which is stillness (alpha level). I devised a simple answer/method to this common problem we all have...

      Introducing - The Nah Method...

      Did you notice the word "NOW" mentioned earlier, well that is your tool... your Swiss Army Knife to bring you back into the "NOW" BUT pronounced "Nah" (in the now) This is something of immense value whilst you are meditating as it is sooo much easier to bring yourself back into Alpha Level the "NOW". A single syllable word... so quick so natural so beneficial.

    I use meditation to clear my mind and body of all negative energy. I go through the same process during meditation. First, rid myself of all negative thoughts, emotions, and feelings... I especially like to resolve anything that is causing me stress.

    Then I shift my focus to what needs to be done for the day... I normally break state shortly after going through what needs to be done so I usually write it down unless it's obvious and easy to remember.

    Yes I try to do it as much as I can but I believe that it is a great way to start your day. It requires practice and it should be the first thing you do after you wake up. I think I have to be more consistent as it will enable to focus more clearly on the things I want to accomplish this year.

    I feel great after meditation,even I just meditate for 5 mins. My mind released and all the negative thoughts are gone. Also, my intuition enhance a lot too!

    I meditate several times per week and have found Holosync technology to be a great asset in this. It's sort of simplified meditation. I just plug in my headphones, turn on my Holosync tracks and fall asleep.

    It's a tad bit more effective to stay awake but my meditation tracks are over 3 hrs in total so I just listen to them while I sleep.

      Yeah so in regards to the whole monkey brain, chit chatter aspect of the brain one really has to understand what the teachers and all the gurus are really saying.

      Allow me to explain.


      Firstly thought is mainly a bio-chemical reaction in your brain (electrochemical).

      This is what we refer to when we talk about thought.

      When they talk in meditation about "Non-thought" which is what I believe we are referring to here, what they actually mean is to think in a different kind of way, that is why I like this thread because people, I think actually get it.

      Really what they mean is not to think in words. Words are slow, cumbersome and clunky. We dont actually need them in the brain. Yet that is how we are programmed since birth and hence the ancient yogi's and gurus say "do not think" because that is the only way they knew to say what they wanted to say. Make sense.

      Words are great for communication, but in terms of thought, they are useless. They are not needed for thinking.

      For example: if you are walking across a street and you see a bus coming do you stop and think in your brain "Bus, speeding, coming for me, quick move out of the way now before you die"? No of course not. You just know instinctively to move.

      Its the same if you look at an object, go ahead, right now look at a random object. Your brain will want to say the word instantly, for example a cup. Why does your brain need to say the word cup?

      It doesnt, that is the point, you know what a cup is without the word, you know its feeling, you know what it feels like. So if you look at a cup and you look at a telephone, they feel different dont they?

      This is what you try to attain when meditating. This is real non-thought. Its not about not thinking, its about thinking in a different way, thinking in pure light instead of chemical reactions in the organic brain. Thinking by feeling.

      This is not easy to do.

      You should try Eric Pepins meditation technique as this is one of the core things he teaches. He has great methods for attaining non-thought, in fact ill go so far as to say any idiot can do it

      I think he just released a new book, part of his core 1 series which details the meditation technique among other things.     At first it seemed hard, but it becomes more relaxing and enjoyable the more you do it.

    I got sucked in and purchased Tony Robbin's course off of an infomercial when I was 19 and broke. Probably the best spur-of-the-moment purchase I have ever made. He is not perfect, but it did open my eyes to what is available in our lives.

    There is an audio in the course called Daily Magic. I would suggest to anyone to find a copy of that audio.

    It takes you through a very intentional meditation every day.
    1) Special breathing techniques.
    2) Gratitude (gets rid of fear and doubt)
    3) Visualization (what you want to create in your life)
    4) Affirmations
    5) Increasing the positive energy in your body.

    It's the bee's knees...

    I would say that I do not meditate, but I do take time each morning for some quiet reflection. I guess some might say that is meditation. Basically I do it to start my day and just send a good vibration out into the world!

    Not every day, but once in a while.

    A tip for those that struggles with meditation: do not try or attempt it, simply use a moment to wait. Close your eyes and wait for whatever that comes, after a while you will fall into "another state", this state is meditation. Sometimes that gives me a mindful moment where I get to sense everything that is happening in my body, on some occupations I lose all feeling/attachment to my body and just experience pure silence, other times I get visuals like flying over a landscape, watching other people or moving colors. The different meditative states will depend, the important thing is to not try to interact with it.

    The mind has many aspects, but the ones we experience is essentially built on two things: awareness and reflection. Awareness of feelings, thoughts etc and reflection over how we perceive them and what they mean to us. 99% of our lives is spent reflecting over the things we are aware of, meditation is awareness without reflection, it is pure awareness. Thats why you cant try or attempt it, because as soon as you do you are back in reflection mode.

    I don't meditate in the conventional sense. Certain music can put me into that state and even thinking of certain people. I'm not great at getting my mind calm enough to concentrate on things in a meditative state but I know what gets me there pretty fast.

    I've meditated regularly for years and I also use binaural beats to enhance the effects.

    Meditation helps me to sleep better, reduces my mental chatter, and restores my energy. When you can do all that without having to take any pills or lay out any money it seems something I'd be foolish not to do now that I can.

      The thing that keeps a lot of people from meditating continually is the expectation of some magical RESULTS. Instant gratification.

      Meditation shouldn't be about "results" i.e. 'what am I getting from meditating'. It defeats the whole purpose for meditating anyway. Results-orientation or expectation is ego based, and one of the main reasons for meditating is to 'tame the ego'. Practising meditation over time should become second nature or part of your being like breathing, you don't expect some results from breathing , do you? It's just what it is.

      Meditation simply gives you clarity, quietens the gibberish in you head over time, but analysing its progress or effectiveness is counter-intuitive and usually discourage folks to the point of giving up; because the expected "results" are not as apparent as they had hoped. Geniuses for the most part don't see themselves as such, why? Because there's no strenuous effort on their part as to how their minds process information.

      Just do it!!

    Yes, I meditate every day. Aside from exercise, meditation is the single most important daily habit that a person can have IMO. I think it's just as important for your mental health as exercise is for your physical health.

    If there's one tool that has helped me reduce stress and gain clarity and focus, it's meditation. I recommend it for improving any and every area of your life.
    If it works to keep top CEOs focused and on top of things, why wouldn't it work for the CEO of Y O U ?
    Sometimes I'll skip a day or two, but eventually my mind will signal me that it's time to get back to basics, and give all those rambling thoughts a time-out.
    It's helped me stay focused, control back pain, achieve goals, overcome stress, handle conflicting priorities, improve relationships, improve work efficiency.
    Can things get better? You bet your Warrior Forum account they can! And they're already getting better. Every day.
