Time Management: The best way to lessen stress

By managing your time more wisely, you can minimize stress and improve your quality of life. At my end, i plan each and make sure i have my 'To-Do' list always on my desk. How about you? How do you manage your time?

Yeah, we need to stick to the plan and have discipline as well.

      Otherwise, plan will fail.

Instead of using a Todo list i prefer using a "Must Get Done" list

And i really make sure that i finish all tasks on this list before going to bed every single day.

You are right..Managing time wisely will improve your lifestyle as you will have more time to spend on things that you really want to do..

I write down my process everything from product creation, graphics, website design, squeeze pages, autoresponder, product delivery. Figure out the steps are in the process. What I'm good at my strengths and weaknesses and what I'm not so good at I outsource. From there I analyze each step to see if I can improve it. The biggest part I take pride in is figuring out and analyzing everything I do and keep improving it.

'To do' or 'must get done'..whatever name you call it, it ultimately reminds you of something that needs attention. Time management is one thing that we all struggle in managing, whether its personal or official. IMO, I would try to complete everything immediately without pending them for the next hour or day, unless they are scheduled later.

I have a to-do list that I make each Sunday for the upcoming week. Everything I can think of goes on it. Not only does that keep my mind uncluttered, but I get much more done.
