  Millionaire Republican by Wayne Allyn Root. You don't have to be Republican to enjoy this book, in fact, Root's actually a Libertarian now. Yes, he does discuss politics, yet his story is incredible. Wayne was not handed a trust fund from his parents. He failed his way to millionaire status through sheer determination and balls of steel. He wasn't satisfied taking small risks, he took big risk after big risk resulting in tons of failures to get where he wanted to go. This is the story of how brutal the business world really is. I've re-read this book about 4 times. It's that inspiring.

I find pretty much any book by Robin Sharma to be motivational but if I had to pick 1 book it would be "Unlimited Power" by Tony Robbins.

This book is, by far, the most motivational book I have ever read. This reflects all about change. Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach is also another great read. It is about how you should get out of your comfort zone and how to not be afraid to take risks to see the beauty of life.
