What made you want to get into internet marketing?

Was it to be able to choose your own hours? Get Rich? Cars? Houses? Retiring early?

    By internet marketing, do you mean specifically the make money online niche or do you mean using the internet to market our products and services?

    At an overall level, my answer would be the same - to help people to unleash their potential. In the MMO niche, it would be to help clear away so many of the misconceptions about online business.

    If it means to use the internet to market, I do it to reach far more people, more cheaply and more quickly than I could offline.

    For me, the driving force is service. I think if you're in it for the $ then you may well end up having all that material wealth, but still, something will be missing from your life: purpose. But if you're sincerely trying to help other people (or animals, or the environment, etc.) then your efforts will not go unrewarded and you'll be extremely happy and fulfilled. In other words, do it for the benefit of the world, and not for yourself. Then you'll be rewarded in so many ways that go beyond the bling.

    I would like to supplement my income to pay off my mortgage early. I like my job and have no plans to leave it, but the freedom that comes from having a home-based business is enticing. I would hope to be able to provide value to people while doing the above.

    I'm in it because I've been doing it since i was young. Offline selling first then online. I've always love it. Of course, financial freedom is also one of the reason. But the reason is I love this work.
